This place is really poorly managed. Only one of the two drive thru lanes consistently works, the food is disappointing at best, and the staff all seem unhappy.

Worst fries ever 🍟 ZERO stars! They took old fries and recooked them till they are hard and turn to dust and fry skeletons in you mouth. Gross. I want a refund on this thing they called food, it’s not edible!

When you turn off and clean the fryer a solid 30 minutes before closing, that's just not cool, man. Your fries are iconic across the globe. You didn't even have an excuse, you simply did it to close early. Also, this may seem silly, but, when someone asks for extra pickles please don't put five pickles on top of each other.

they almost always gets my order correct even when I order things different than normal. My only complaint is that the service is very hit and miss. There is one lady who I think may be a manager and she is awesome and friendly but some of that staff that work the drive through need to be retrained. last night I went through the drive through and the guy handing me my food didn't even acknowledge my existence he didn't look at me or say a single word to me he just handed me my food and walked away didn't even stay long enough for me to ask for ketchup. I mean the order was right so it's fine just felt rude.

I pulled in with a crying baby and nobody in the other line but you helped 2 other people in the line before even asking if I need anything... Fuck your location... fuck your business ... this location needs shut down

I would think that they would not want to put cheese on everything, but three times I have special ordered my Mcdouble with NO CHEESE, lettuce and tomatoes with big Mac sauce and they get the type of lettuce and the sauce right but still insist on putting the cheese! I never have time to go through the order when I'm there in the drive thru so I'm super annoyed when I get home and see cheese. I use to work for McDonald's back in 1986 and I remember being trained and lessons drilled into me about customer service, move with a purpose, and if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. I remember blitzing the drive thru to check our car times and just a sense of urgency when serving customers. Those lessons have served me well in jobs later in life and I'm grateful for the time I served in McDonald's. Now a days I do not see that level of service. Sure there are a shining few that have the right attitude but not enough of them seem to have that sense of urgency or quickness. They seem to walk slowly around to do things, like the customer is enjoying watching them saunter around. My orders are wrong more then they are right and more times then I would like, I get a bag handed to me and the door shut without even a word said. I blame the management! I really wish they would get it together. Here's hoping!

Rude and disrespectful woman named Katherine at the front. Told me to not tell her what to do. A total bitch, took her sweet ass time with my order and gave me some lip and attitude when serving me my order. And I also remember a time when she blamed a sweet, polite, and very helpful girl named "Dominick" (I think I heard her name?) for a customer getting mad at her for her fucking attitude! That girl had nothing to do with it! It was that Katherine girl! I don't care if she's a "noob", she needs to be taught some fucking customer service. I'm not eating here and neither will my pals or coworkers until she's GONE. And I spend a LOT on you guys. What I expect back is excellent quality!
