Ordered a buy one get one for a dollar deal. So I thought. If you say “McDouble” instead of “double cheeseburger”, they will go ahead and charge you full price for both sandwiches. That is shady. I’m sure it is a practice pushed from corporate or the franchise owners to rip people off. Or a sly trick by employees who intend to pocket all the extra cash unaccounted for at the end of a shift. Either way I hold both responsible. It takes lack of ethics on both ends for something like that to go unchecked. If corporate/ownership/management told you to do that and you know it’s wrong don’t do it. It’s called integrity. If it’s employees doing it, well you get the point. It’s a lowbrow trashy pilfering theft tactic that nobody worth their salt should ever allow. “We serve billions” If you order the sandwich by the wrong name they will “steal billions.

It's McDonald's you kind know what to expect.... order is probably going to be wrong so ya better chec k it. Kids seem to like it tho! The flavor still could be better but sometimes it's just what you needed... yeah it's another McDonald's!

Hector was understanding and provided very exceptional customer service. He also maintained his duties and seem to never miss a step even with the understaffed shift. He says you have a really great head out of my shoulders and should be a positive impact moving forward with any company he chooses to work for I highly recommend Hector and this McDonald's

I'm terrible of McDonalds I halted just to plunk down and check my messages and requested hotdog egg biscuit which was awesome, softened in my mouth. New form McDonalds look decent inside. Assuming you really want to charge your cellphone I let you in on that this McDonalds don't have attachments.

I'm not fun of McDonalds I stopped just to sit down and check my messages and ordered sausage egg muffin which was very good, melted in my mouth. New build McDonalds look nice inside.
if you need to charge your cellphone I let you know that this McDonalds don't have sockets.

I visited here with my two kids (5 and 7) a few days ago to dine in and play in the play area. They both love McDonald's chicken nuggets, and they had a great time making friends and jumping on the music-themed attractions. The Happy Meal prize was a miniature book of "If you give a mouse a cookie," which is a notable improvement over many of the past toys that are quickly forgotten. There are closer McD's to us, but we went here specifically for the play place, and the kids have been asking to return since. The regular dining room is modern styling and inviting. The food is always good.

Boselli Investments owns numerous McDonalds in the northern Denver Metro Area. Ordered a sandwich at the 92/Federal location and discovered it was delivered with 2 bites taken out of it. Manager did refund money but manager and Boselli Investments refuse to offer explanation, what is being done about this incident and what will be done to prevent in the future. Not a strong customer service oriented company.

Sat at the drive through order screen for 6 minutes with no other cars there and no acknowledgment that i was there, drove forward to the window only to see two employees standing behind the counter doing nothing but talking to each other, then the manager was incredibly rude and told me i wasnt being helped because she was behind on her work, not a good way to run a business, i definitely will not be going back to this location
