Service used to be better. Wait times aren't near what they used to be, but they mess up my order more. I just ordered an ExtraMostBestest Sausage pizza, for which I got a classic Italian Sausage and a regular crazy bread combo, for which I got 3 of the stuffed instead 🙄 thats not what I ordered and I ordered ONLINE. Your employees need to pay more attention.

This is not always my experience with Lil Caesar's but I have had no issues at all at this particular location.
I placed an order through the app a few weeks back. When I came in, the line was long, but Derrick saw me at the pick up ovens and made sure my order was complete. My wings were sauced when I arrived and he even held the door open for me since I was carrying pizza, wings, and a soda. Derrick was the only person to acknowledge me and help me during my visit. That’s incredible customer service.
The customer service is why I keep going back to this particular Little Caesars (haven't had a bad pizza yet too.) The guy there, Ray, is a god-send and deserves credit for giving my family an excellent experience every time we see him. My family orders from this store hoping he is there when we get there, because he'll make sure every pizza he hands you is perfect. GIVE RAY A BIG RAISE, Little Caesars you are lucky to have him.
Good pizza. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I like the taste & flavor @ Little Ceasars But, couldn't tell ANY difference in the original & the extra most bestet, except for the price. Staff, isn't rude, but not friendly either. And the Cheesy Jalapeño sauce, HORRIBLE. But will for sure return.

They arent the same Little Caesars from a year ago. Those reviews are dated. I came in and received excellent service and food from Geano and the pie chefs. Awesome as always.
The online ordering thru the app is sooo convenient! You have no contact with anyone and pick your order up through an automated portal. Not only is this the best pizza for the price, but it's freaking delicious! The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is better than any of the big named stores. Definitely my go to for a get together

You never know how you're going to get greeted here. Piece is fresh and smells good and taste good all the time. Only once they tried to give me a pizza that's been sitting for a while but they fixed it immediately.
