I blew a tire on the way to an appointment and had to pull over in their lot. They were very understanding when I asked the manager to park it until I could get the tire fixed - while I'd prefer not to repeat the blown tire part, the rest of the experience was fantastic! Stopped in this morning, waiting in line, no one was wearing a mask, the cashier finished the transaction and spent a little time chatting with the customer ahead of me about how face masks are for uneducated people that don't know what's really go

This would be a zero if it could be. Stopped for water, gum, and to use the restroom. Restroom was covered in literal poop and the water to the sink was shut off....not sure how employees were able to wash their hands after using the restroom as they were not helpful. Employee was more interested
