The chicken and bacon sandwiches were incredible! Love the concept of choosing own sauces. I recommend the spicy mayo, the hottest sauce option and the works on veggies. Loads of flavor in these sandwiches. Stoked to have a quick and local fast option spot in the ‘hood.

Daikon is amazing! I came for lunch and the spicy chicken and classic Bahn mi offer a beautiful upscale take on the Bahn mi sandwich!! The lemonade if absolutely delicious! Small quaint and clean hot spot that has the flavors to back up there amazing menu!

This place is wonderful! All of their bahn mi options are made in house and they use the freshest ingredients. The baguettes are rich and buttery while the salad option provides the perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. I'd recommend getting the triple threat (pork pâté, bacon, and pulled pork) with the sambal and hoison sauce, and the works (mint, cilantro, jalapeno, pickled onion, shredded pickled carrot and daikon, and cucumber). Bon appetit!

One of the beat Bang Mi in town. Bread is soft with a thin crust ... perfect for this sandwich. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Staff couldn’t be friendlier. Highly recommend!

Dubbed the best Bahn mi in Denver, this fast casual place delivers on that promise. Slow cooked pork and an array of pickled vegetables, sauces, and fresh herbs all come together to make one great sandwich. You could also get it in a bowl, but you would miss out on that warm, toasted bread.

This place is awesome. The food is fantastic and the vegetables are incredibly fresh. The mix of slightly toasted bread + some delicious pork and sambal topped with fresh crisp vegetables is not to be missed. This isn't a sandwich where you walk away feeling like you just ate a gut buster, you leave satisfied and ready to get after the rest of the day. The Vietnamese iced coffee is fantastic as well. Can't wait to go back and try the other options.

Fantastic Banh Mi sandwiches and other options for vegetarians and gluten free folk. My only complaint would have been the limited menu, but after going there today they have increased the number of options. This is a quick delicious option for lunch.

Love this unique spot! After visiting Vietnam we’re always looking for bahn mi’s! They did a great job here at making them authentic (but with a twist) and super fresh. The bread and toppings are perfection, the herbs are so fresh. Nick accommodated our weird requests with a smile and was super easy going! He made our experience great! A perfect place for a special sandwich (or bowl) and really cute interior. Will be back soon!! And don’t forget to try the Vietnamese coffee and they serve beer!!

Really excellent bahn mi, perfect for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. The flavors are spot on and definitely appreciated that they didn’t skimp out on the fresh herbs which really rounds out of the pork and the pickled vegetables! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve eaten my fair share of bahn mi and I must say, for me, it comes down to the bread. The fillings are always fresh and delicious but the bread makes or breaks this sando. Daikon’s bread is a bit on the soft side but the crusty top half saves this sandwich most certainly. I wanted to try their brisket but was sadly disappointed when they were already out of it a mere hour after opening. I went with the braised jackfruit instead and was pleasantly surprised by it’s good blend of sweet and salty flavors. Nice ratio of veggies though more jalapeños would have been appreciated.
The usuals: nice open air dining area though be advised it is very tiny with VERY SCRAPEY chairs against the concrete. A bit sticky on the dining table surface and my BF had to clean our eating space with a napkin (really?!) Prices are a bit steep for just a sandwich. They do have add ons (patè!!!) but they are on a board off to the side so I didn’t see it in time to order it. Small selection of teas/boba as well. Parking is...grab it as soon as you see it.

This place has really fresh ingredients, delicious food, and the serving size is just right. They have vegan/gluten free options. It is a little small on the inside but you won't mind being cramped when you're scarfing down that 36 hour brisket. If you go with the Daikon bowl try it with the quinoa instead of rice

banh mi is everything. its so nice to have a little place downtown with tons of tasty vegan options. the jackfruit and tofu are straight fire 🔥 🔥. you can order half n half on the proteins, real life. prices are good. also whoever thought of a banh mi bowl, genius!!

Our company, located in DTC, ordered catering for 220+ people from Daikon and everything was great. The food arrived right on time and they had it setup exactly at the scheduled time. All of the meats were perfectly cooked and tender. The brisket pulls apart better than many of the BBQ places in the South DTC area. The vegetarian Jack Fruit option was very tasty and savory. If their brick and mortar location is anything like the catering then I look forward to visiting it in the near future.
Cheers!

The focus is on banh mi, but there is plenty on the menu to suit the whole family. The special mayo on the standard banh mi separates it from most, and the ingredients are fresh and vibrant. The teriyaki rice bowl would be pretty typical, but the freshly pickled veggies make it special. Friendly service in a clean environment round out a perfect experience.

Best bahn mi in CO, (besides my own home cooked). Fast sandwhich bar style, legit bread and house made pickles, choose your own sauce, but I recommend hoison and the sweet pepper. Best part is: it's so new, it's almost never crowded! Would've taken a picture but I ate it too fast.

I ordered on Grubhub had no idea what to expect - got jackfruit Sammy and sweet chili tofu bowl - simple ingredients- nicely prepared and the flavors are on point. And the lemonade is 🤘🏼 Wish they had more options because it so yum in the Tum.

I've frequented the taco joint next door for a quiet a while, I've always been a little curious about the sandwich shop next door but never made it in. A few weeks ago I was in Civic Center Park for the food truck lunch party they do on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer...I noticed Daikon had a truck out there (only on Tuesday from what I understand) and decided to try one of their sandwiches...I was hooked. My office isn't too far from their actual restaurant and I've found myself popping by for lunch now and then, love the original pork sandwich! We are actually going to to have them cater an office event next week, looking forward to it! It's nice to have a new (well new to me) option for lunch now and then.
