Hands down the best coffee shop atmosphere in LoDo. Love the coffee and tea latte selection, and the fact that the head latte artist is great at recommending drinks to match what I'm in the mood for. Great location, free parking, and the owners (both Denver firefighters!) and staff are some of the nicest people I've come across in Denver.

Perfect place to grab a latte, sit, chill...name it. Located in a perfect spot too - easily accessible. Staff are friendly and good looking - go grab a cuppa!
My husband and I are frequent customers to Urban Mix Coffee, because it offers excellent coffee drinks. Unlike some of the coffee shop chains, this local coffeeshop serves palatable cappuccinos, lattes and frozen beverages. I've never had coffee that leaves a bad after taste (e.g., burnt coffee beans) in my mouth. Moreover, the baristas are highly qualified and trained to serve very good coffee. Plus, the staff and owners are nice people that care to provide quality service to its customers. So, if you want to support a mom and pop shop that serves great coffee, has a great ambiance and friendly staff this is the place to visit.
Absolutely love this place. I have had the coffee (the mocha latte I definitely recommend) and the food there... everything was delicious. The environment gives off relaxing and positive vibes, which is always a great place to get studying done, send emails or just grab a quick coffee. I got the pleasure of meeting the owners & they're some of the most warm hearted people I have ever met! My new fav coffee spot!

I went back after they opened. The pastries are awesome, and the drip coffee as good as promised. Prices are reasonable for both. Note that this is not a hipster shop and doesn't serve pour-over, single origin, etc, but has a wide selection of espresso drinks and good black coffee. I'm a fan!
As a student I'm always on the search for a great place to study, drink some excellent coffee, and get my grub on. Well, my search has ended. Urban Coffee House has great coffee, good food choices and most importantly provides a great customer experience which I think is key in an establishment; not to mention it is a locally owned mom and pop shop which further enhances the dinning experience!
Awesome! I had never head of Urban Mix until I met my friend Megan there last week. I thought I had ordered a Hazelnut Iced Coffee but only ordered a coffee instead. When the order was ready I asked to change it to an Iced coffee the staff was super friendly and did so with no extra charge. I will definitely be visiting again!
Very pleased with the quality and flavor of my coffee here. The lattes also are great! Refreshing to find such a good place. Great staff too! Been back several times and consistently outstanding here!
Cool murals on walls and art for sale. Coffee is good Definitely gets me a caffeine buzz. Not a lot of flavors like Starbucks but what they have is solid Also have crepes and muffin style cakes. Check it out!
Great place for a great drink and snack. My wife and I had a iced latte and cold brew tea and a crepe for a snack. Flavors we're great. Chocolate crepe w banana and Nutella was amazing. Presentation was on point great staff. Pleanty of covered parking. Found a new place to cruise into town for. We will be back w friends. Thanks guys !!!
I've been here a few times now, and the coffee is good, the tea is fantastic, and the service is excellent. This is a great little coffee shop with a nice, peaceful atmosphere and good wifi.
The lattes were great and so were the sandwiches! The staff was friendly and the shop is huge so there's plenty of room for working or socializing.
