Really great customer service! Seriously! I had a tea, and the tea itself was good and not too ridiculously pricey. The place is cozy and simple, but since it's quite small I don't think I'd have tried to sit down if it had been packed.
Truthfully, I never knew the sign was there - maybe it was on the other side of the building? Me and my 5 brothers went to ink coffee to hide from the cold. The lady in the counter was very nice, told us about het family in Mexico and Puerto Rico, which was cool because that's where we're from The drinks were delicious. I had a coconut soy chai latte, which was off the hook. Highly recomme

Somewhere between a Starbucks and a local coffee shop, Ink is a chain that serves standard quality coffee but still knows what I want when i other a macchiato (unlike Starbucks). You will get the same quality regardless of which one you go to, so location what is important here.
