God bless these folks for literally being the only restaurant open at 11pm. Many flight were delayed today and so there’s a lot of folks in the airport waiting to get home and most of them probably haven’t eaten dinner. I wish more restaurants did this!

Only stopped here once and all I got was a cream cheese bagel, so my sampling confidence is limited. But I can't decide if this place serves above-average non-New York bagels or seriously below-average actual New York bagels. As a West Coast person, my standards are low, so I fairly enjoyed the product at this location. The biggest gripe is the cost -- it's airport priced food, which means the value proposition is automatically diminished because however good it is, it costs you more than it would away from the airport.

The line to this place was OUT THE DOOR. There were probably 50 people ahead of us. Despite this, the line went very quick and we got our food pretty fast. Bagels were good and service was good! Good place to stop before you board.

Enjoyed a Nova Lox Bagel Sandwich at DIA today. Service was great even though they were very busy. I thought this open faced sandwich might be messy, but it was easy to eat. Very tasty and less than $8 bucks, what a deal considering the location.

Great experience at the Denver airport Einstein's in Terminal C. The crew was working very hard and their ordering system was very efficient, especially considering the amount of volume that morning. This was much better than my last Einstein's experience at another airport. Thank you!

7/18/23 update: After posting this review I received an email response from Einstein and eventually received a full refund for our purchase that day. I appreciate the level of customer service and will give this restaurant another try when I’m in the area.
Original post: My avocado toast everything bagel was stale and the avocados weren’t ripe. Very disappointing. My husband’s bagel with cream cheese was also stale with barely enough cream cheese for half of the bagel. We won’t choose this place next time we’re in the Denver airport.
