Y’all!! I’ve followed Vegan Van since they first started their food truck years ago! Now they have a permanent casa and not only do they have AMAZING food at GREAT prices, but they even have a vegan market now called O’s Market! They even have GF options. Wing Wednesday is awesome and so is Taco Tuesday! Their tacos are sooo 🔥. This is a family owned business and the owners are pretty amazing people. Non vegans will absolutely enjoy anything on this menu, trust me! Oh and there is plenty of parking!!!

This vegan chalupa! Holy smokes! I didn’t even know such a thing existed and now I want it all the time! We’ve also had their Crunchwrap and wings and fries. Everything is SO good! My order took a little longer than it was supposed to the first time we ordered and they were so nice and threw in some extra sweets. Vegan Van is now a weekly treat for us!

I am so damn happy I found this place! Not only did they make an absolutely BOMB vegan chorizo breakfast burrito and have an awesome menu with tons of options, but they have a WHOLE VEGAN MARKET ATTACHED!!! Don’t miss out on Vegan Van (inside the assembly building ground floor)!

Honestly best food in Colorado. We have been going to Vegan Van consistently for 2 years, we have tried almost all of their items and everything is amazing! The owners Brittney and Justin are great people. I always love seeing them. All of their staff is always so nice and friendly. Yeah you may have to wait a little longer for the food or they may have random hours...but this is a small local business! Give them a break....Quality food takes time and it is always worth it. Love Vegan Van. ❤️

Wow, that taco was great! The fries and the chalupa were outstanding as well. Everything was very flavorful and had a great texture. The people inside were also very nice , and they took the time to talk to me even though they were obviously trying to set up displays.

Blown away by the simplicity and unique take on many popular foods. I got the Crunchwrap and it was spot on! My wife got there monthly pick breakfast burrito stuffed with vegan fried chicken sausage just egg and there sauce inside too for more flavor. Definitely will return thank you for an amazing brunch

The Crunchwrap was very flavorful and good just seem a bit small for $9 but it was cooked to perfection so no complaints! The chickn and waffles were good but I was not expecting a mini salad to be in it! I didn’t like the arugula on my chickn & waffles and a more southern spice may increase the flavor of the chikn! I will definitely return to try more items! Good customer service! 👍

Last night was my first time having Vegan Van, and it was excellent! All of the food was delicious, but the avocado taco was my favorite. The seitan ground beef was also tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful (even though the marketplace was sadly out of soy curls). The staff had accidentally made a timed order early, so they offered us some extra tacos on the house. I think it speaks volumes that staff would rather remake the order than give people food that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Loved the variety of vegan products available in the marketplace. Excited to give their pizza a try next time!

I popped in for a take out order and omg! This place is crazy cute and I'm so excited to go back when I have more time to check out all they have to offer. The food was fantastic. Love finding new spots that know how to do vegan food right!

Really awesome vegan stop with really nice employees! It's definitely better priced than other vegan restaurants. Stop by and try some of their fun menu and the best part is they are in O's market place. So you can get yourself some fun vegan food and snacks to go too!

I ordered delivery (beef taco supreme, crunch wrap supreme and spicy potato taco). Needless to say this is my new go to. Their food is so incredibly tasty I couldn’t believe it was vegan. I’m so happy this place exists!!!

We were in town for 2 days and we came made sure to stop here both days for breakfast and grab plenty of snacks and drinks. It’s located in a cool building and serves as almost like a college food court/commissary. We got the McLovin and the breakfast burrito, and both are so delicious, flavorful, and filling. We also had the opportunity to meet the owners, and Britney is such a delight, truly a lovely human being. So happy we found this place and excited to pay many more visits whenever we’re in Denver.

It's been great to watch Vegan Van go from a struggling delicious vegan food truck on Broadway, to a full blown food spot and vegan convenience store 5 times the size.

LOVE IT HERE! Finally a place that I can enjoy vegan food without having to spend 20+ for a meal. They are also very kind & make sure you are getting everything you need to enjoy your meal. I will absolutely keep going back here especially since there new location is so much more convenient & easier for me to get to! Thanks vegan van!!!

I am a vegan so it was a no brainer to try this place out. Their assortment of food and snacks is not only healthy but well prepared, and portioned. I am obsessed with their brunch menu; the French toast sticks are heavenly. I also love their other options that rival common fast food menu choices. Definitely stop by the Vegan Van, or order online. They are the first Vegan Food Truck and they are Stellar!

I wish the had a spot closer to me. I drive 30 minutes at least once a month. Food taste good..not like other vegan spots the seem to just miss the flavor part. Staff is great and happy to see they have a restaurant now. Highly recommend. It's like Vegan Taco Bell but good . Potatoe taco and chalupas tacos are a must.

Vegan Van is so good! My cat and I loved the Mexican pizza today. I love the nostalgia factor, they often have foods that I never imagined eating since I became vegan. The staff is super friendly, they try to learn the names of all the customers that come. They work so so hard, being that they are a small business. I’ve eaten here several times, and will do so again very soon.
