I loved my meal here .... I got the special which was Steak Tacos with big burst of flavors....I added on Broccoli Rabe as a side dish...I liked it and would order again... my first time for BR ...!!!

Tried out SK Provisions today at the Denver Central Market. I opted for the shredded chicken tacos. It was four tacos served on corn gorillas with pickled cabbage, house Salsa and cotija cheese. Accompanied with a lime and cilantro garnish.
The plate was hearty, flavorful and filling. I would suggest that they double up the tortillas as the chicken and slaw mixture is very wet and the tacos break immediately.
Overall, great experience. I saw a plate of broccoli rabe come out while I was eating and it looks delicious.
Will be back.

Chef Kelly has the provisions on lock down. The porchetta is lovely. His sammies remind me of trips to Italy, and grandma concern for quality and thoughtfulness. Sides are fresh, made from quality seasonal veggies. The atmosphere of the market is bustling, dynamic, price point is correct. You could get these provisions in Chicago, NYC, but save the plane fare... just go here
