We ordered catering from Chipotle and they completely failed to get our order to us or provide us with more info in a timely manner. I called this Jimmy John's and they were able to get us food for 45 people within an hour. They came through at such a critical time and I am SO thankful. HIGHLY recommend them-they were fantastic to work with and came through at such a critical moment. Also, their food is absolutely delicious and everyone at the event loved it.
Had a great experience today. My restaurant ordered from jimmy John's with a very large order . 19 full order sandwiches, with drink and chips.
Food was made great and delivered ahead of time. Would recommend this location . 👌 and can't remember the delivery mans name, but the gentleman carried all of those meals on his back to the restaurant. Nice job .
Was immediately helped upon my entry into the establishment. Had a few questions which were answered diligently by the person at the register! Sandwich was done and in my hands before I even finished paying for it! Would definitely recommend this location!
Food was pretty good, and came out in a timely manner. The server look like he hated his job, and had no patience whatsoever. Never asked for my rewards number and was very frustrated when I asked to put it in. There are very few places to sit, but it was quite enough to hear each other talk, so that was good

Great food, prepared accurately and quickly. The music was a little loud. They serve Coke products, which is a plus. A bit more expensive then expected.
Had a very short fuse and large order for my work. This location took care of us quickly and even let me borrow a cart to take the large order to my truck. Thanks for going above and beyond!!!
Probably the BEST Jimmy John's experience I've had (since college!). Delivery was definitely 'freaky fast' - as in, 10 minutes from ordering it. Meal was correct and yummy. Highly recommend!
I just want to say THANK YOU! I order from this exact location all the time and I always order delivery. I have never had a bad experience with both the food OR the delivery. The food is consistently good and the delivery service is also kind and friendly. Turkey Tom with Kickin’ Ranch is my fave but even when I change it up, always a fab sandwich!
**Update: The store manager reached out to me personally and not only assured me that we would discuss the issues with his team, but then sent me a free lunch. Very impressed with how fast I received a response and what he did to make sure I was satisfied.**
Tried to order online but their website does not have an option to use cash and that is all I had on this particular day. No big deal, I called the store. The phone rang for about 3 minutes without anyone picking up so I hung up and called back. I was asked to wait on hold. I was on hold for 8-10 minutes before I hung up and called back. The phone once more rang for 3 minutes without anyone answering. A friend at work offered to use her card. Placed the order online and have now been waiting for 20 minutes to receive my sandwich with no communication from the store. As a person who has worked in customer service for for 15+ years, this is completely unacceptable.
