Very good BBQ place. Best potato salad I've ever had. It had sour cream in it which makes it taste like a baked potato. Beans were better than average. Ribs were excellent. Only negative was beef brisket sandwhich was pretty dry. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant to scratch your bbq itch.
We reached out to Billy Sims to see if they could help cater a last-minute event at our house and were so impressed with not only their customer service (seriously, so good), but the food, too! The owner, Cody, was responsive and very accommodating as our needs shifted in the days before our party.

This place was conveniently located in Edgewater shopping center and was a pretty decent bbq spot. The staff was helpful and happy, and I enjoyed the brisket sandwich. The environment was a bit fast-food like but the chow still seemed pretty quality. I'd come back again!
