Review Burger King - Denver

Terrible food, period. Check out the picture of an inedible, completely burnt fish sandwich... or is it a brick? You can decide if it's a brick or not, but definitely do not decide to eat here.

This was THE WORST Burger King ever! The place was Filthy! Place probably hang been thoroughly cleaned in 5 years! I give a -5 🌟! The Manager who took our order Was Rude! Got the Order Completely Wrong! And then had a Rude Attitude when trying to correct her! Will Never go to this location ever!

Pulled in the drive-thru and saw 4 employees all smoking together. I was one of two cars at the whole place and they had me pull into a parking space and wait for my food. You really that busy? Oh, and I doubt anyone washed their hands before touching my food. Won't be back. No wonder they're never busy.

I just went to the drive through AGAIN to order at this location. At about 10pm, sometimes even 9:30 they turn off the lights even though they aren't supposed to close until 11. I pull through the drive through and no one answers. A woman is inside and is walking around with a soda and her purse and comes up to the window and mouths "We are closed" which isn't supposed to be true. I rolled down my window and she opened hers and I said that the sign on their door and the online hours say that they aren't supposed to close until 11 so she goes and gets her manager who is right off the bat ridiculously unprofessional and had to get off her phone (texting) to talk to me. She repeated that the store was closed and I reminded her that it was supposed to be open for another half hour. She looks around and says, "Well, my ice cream machine and broiler is broken so we're trying to fix it so it's ready for tomorrow". Having worked fast food before I know that there are multiple broilers and the odds of ALL of them breaking is near impossible and that it would require a mechanic to fix anything and that would take several days. I also know that it is a pain to clean them and that workers like to clean most of them before close so they can go home faster. I told her that I've come by before when they were supposed to be open and they were closed and she said that was never when she was working because she never closes early, "When I'm working the drive through is open until 11". So I said, "Well that's not true, it's 10:15 and the drive through is closed". To which she said, "And I just said my broilers and ice cream machine's are broken". Then I said that nothing I wanted to order required either of those things and that I should still be able to order them because they are supposed to be open for almost another hour. From that she just rolled her eyes and said that they were closed. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was and covered her name tag. She was a short tubby woman with a bad attitude and an even worse work ethic.

Food is ok. But the place is dirty! Front counter dirty, tables dirty, bathroom looks better than the actual place to sit and eat!! It's not busy at all and they just sit there and talk instead of cleaning the place up. I have been here for 20 minutes and the table next to mine has been dirty since I walked in. Haven't seen them attempt to wipe down the front counter that has coffee (I'm sure from this morning) mayonnaise, and that slurpee icee thing they have for sale. Wouldn't want to come back here again if I'm going to be seated on something dirty.

Not consistent. Poor customer service. The chicken parm sandwiches me and a coworker bought were nasty. We had them the week prior and they were excellent. The chicken was golden brown and fresh. Today, they were burnt, majority of the breading had been fried off and hard. We ended up throwing the sandwiches away and getting lunch elsewhere.

So i have given this location 4 visits. Messed up every time, service is slow as hell here for some reason too. Manager could care less about anything and it is obvious....the 3 times i spoke with him you could tell he didnt care. They always lock the doors b4 close so dont try to come after 830. Tonight chairs were on tables at 530 pm....they close at 9...last time door was locked at 825 pm. Choose any other Burger King in town and u will be happy.

I hardly ever go to BK, but this one happens to be close to my work. I only ever go when there is a special running (Like 2 chicken sandwiches for $5). There was 1 person waiting to order and 1 person at the drive-thru window when I pulled up. Between that time and the time I drove off, I waited 10 minutes to get my food. It's not like there were people inside either. There were 2 people that were walking out right as I got there, otherwise, the inside was empty. As posted by another person, nobody that works in that BK, or at least that works with customers, speaks a lick of English. None of them know what customer service either. When I pulled up to order, I got some high-pitched squeal that I finally decoded to be, "What do you want?" I'm not sure what part of "Two Original Chicken Sandwiches please" was hard to understand, but I had to repeat myself twice. Then, after I finally made it to the window, all I could hear inside was more high-pitched squeals, this time in Spanish, and loud laughter. I'm not entirely sure anyone in that BK could have cared less that there were customers to serve, and it happened to be their job to serve them. Every time I go to this BK (Maybe 5-10 times a year), I think, "Maybe it'll be better this time". And every time, I'm wrong.
