Erawan Cafe - Denver - Photo album

First met Art and Linda as a surgical intern in 1979, the same year Erawan opened. When off call, would dine in or take out each week. Life sustaining. I returned today, nearly 45 years after my last Thai meal. My five children and their partners joined me and my wife. Art is now alone, Linda has pa
It seemed that it was takeout only but the man there checked our vaccination cards and allowed us to eat in. The cook was the only one there and he was very kind. Made our lunch quickly and then taught us the correct way to eat it. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The Thai tea was great as well.
Such incredible authentic food. The owner/cook was so kind, great service and made such yummy food. Went around 2 on a Wednesday and there was no wait. Service was so fast, food was so fresh. The prices were so affordable. I can’t wait to go back. Great quality food!
The best authentic Thai food I’ve had in CO! And the owner is also the cook/chef and his customer service is wonderful and his cooking is amazing! Love love love this Thai spot.
Absolutely the most authentic Thai food in Denver I’ve had. The owner is so nice and cooks the food with love. Reminds me of food my family cooks
Restaurant run by only one man, the owner, who has been in this same location for 44 years. Absolutely a pleasure to sit and chat with after enjoying truly great Thai food. The green curry was delicious along with everything else ordered. He made it a point to accommodate the groups dietary restrict
Honestly I watched him, and him alone, make all of our food and the food was delicious!! Very much homemade with love.Don’t expect a fancy dine In experience but expect food made with love. True mom and pop shop. I got khay mao with tofu! More veggies then noodles but i liked that!
Such a cute old man who works here and cooks all the food AND waits tables. The food was absolutely delicious and I wanted to adopt him as my grandpa. 🤗
Love this place. Love the guy who runs it. Forget the bad reviews. snobs go eat at a corporate joint. Real ones know.
I've been eating here for years, Arty, the owner is probably the main reason why, food is fantastic, but when I sit down and eat with him, it makes the food taste even better. Great guy, great cook and makes you feel at home, can't ask for more.
Denver’s most authentic Thai restaurant hands down. The curry in fantastic and you’ll even get the lowdown on the authentic method to eat it from the owner. He’s a staple of the community and has been making delicious food for decades. My favorite childhood restaurant by far!!!
the owner is am excellent cook and the food was awesome. he was pleasant arrived at 6pm on Friday. the food was hot and fresh. we will be back
This pad Thai is the best that I’ve had. Art also has such a sweet demeanor and personality. I’ve read some of the other reviews on here about the service and experience and I’m embarrassed for the reviewers. Yes, if you are in a hurry, don’t go here. Perhaps consider why you are in a hurry while yo
One of the original Thai restaurants in Denver and still one of the best.
