Cut Throat Cafe

It was my first visit to Cutthroat Cafe, after a great camping weekend with my Men's Group. We were seated right away and told by our Server Victoria that they were celebrating their 20 Year Anniversary! The menu has a great selection of breakfast dishes, so finding something delicious is easy. I ordered Scrambled Eggs & Bacon. Our table ordered a few other dishes. The service from Victoria was outstanding! She treated us like friends & took great care of us all. The food came out quickly & tasted delicious. If you are looking for a great breakfast at a casual place where you are treated like family, I recommend checking out Cutthroat Cafe!

We've been here twice and sat out on the patio with live music. My kids like the root beer floats and the green chili sauce that's home made there is great. Food other than that is just so so, but we've had a good time both visits. I was also charged for a burrito we didn't order, thankfully I noticed as we were driving away and they were polite and fixed it (I think.. as of now I actually have 3 charges on my card, two better be returned here shortly...).

I have been eating here off and on for 20 YEARS. Chip makes my eggs perfect every.single.time! Seriously ...over-easy isn't always easy. Every time the eggs are amazing. They have put up a tent outside for outdoor eating and now have live music on the weekends. This small mountain town cafe has really grown while keeping the food amazing. If you happen to catch a weekend where they make the cinnamon tolls, grab them. Holy Cow was it good!

We were on our way to fishing up at 5280 Anglers and we needed to get some breakfast, this location was highly recommended and I have to say we came in with 16 people and the staff was extremely kind and helpful , we were able to get out order in quickly and everything came out labeled and it was great tasting. Just wanted to say thank you and it was very evident that this location was popular amongst the locals as the resturaunt was filled with them and the were all very welcoming to us tourists.

This was a really lovely experience!! We sat outside on a Saturday afternoon, and there was nice live music! A nice singer and guitar playing, it was a sweet touch to the vibe! Our waitress was incredible, just the sweetest thing! She called me so many sweet, endearing names and I felt so at home. She had that way of making you feel at home. Especially as you're sitting outside surrounded by beautiful Colorado nature. The food was so yummy and satisfying!! I got their chili and a baked potato, it was everything that I could ask for after burning so many calories hiking. It was overall wonderful, a very peaceful energy that takes you right where you need to be. ❤️
