The staff are so friendly! My drink is always ready for me when I get there (: and they remember their regulars which always feel a little special. I think everyone at this location deserves a raise! I've been to other starbucks, and I'm treated poorly. Here, I'm treated with respect, and everyone is so kind. It brings joy to me to spend money here simply because of the people you employed at this location. I wake up earlier sometimes, so I don't have to go to the Starbucks location by my job, lol.

Nice outside seating area. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. The quick pick up food items were nicely displayed and looked fresh, and the retail display was well organized. Drinks were on point. Glad we stopped in.
The people during the night shift are pretty lazy...they say they are out of a lot of items. Not sure if that is true or just not wanting to make them, they don't even bother to greet you. I wanted a mocha latte and they said they were out. However when I have gone in the mornings things are a lot better. Baristas are nice especially a short female hispanic girl who always wears a face mask. She makes conversation with me and makes me feel welcomed. The last time I went in there was a lady customer who was yelling at the baristas over some food. The customer just seemed like she was being over dramatic. Just wanted to give them a shout out and thank them for dealing with all sorts of crazy customers, it is not easy.
Nice Starbucks brand in a nice neighborhood and close to the Denver airport. The staff were courteous and fast in processing my order. I had a chocolate croissant and it was warm, nice, and delicious

Was very busy inside but they did a great job of getting everyone taken care of.

Coffee made just right and when I asked for a certain drink made the batista said she was going to make it something else cause it had what I wanted and was only charged 1 extra shot of expresso instead of my 2 or 3 ...
I seem to always give this place a 5 star this is the exact color that a Macha tea latte should be! Lots of love! 💕
Great exhibition(lego), although we wanted to see the polar bear and they don't have it anymore. They have extreme precautions woth Covid. Great location and lots of fun !

I have been a regular here for over a year and seen this store improve. It has come to my attention some of the regulars who frequent the store often can’t seem to grasp the different influxes of foot traffic and when employees have designated time to clean the store. The 1 star review that was left was taken out of context as the store wasn’t trashed and the employees were in the wrong for leaving cleaning supplies on serving areas. I spoke to them regarding getting the store manager involved to order Servsafe Food Handler and Allergies Certifications as this will better train their staff. This eliminates friction between employees and customers as they can go back to providing excellent customer service while reducing fines. The employees do their best to deal with rude customers on a daily basis while making sure the business is clean. I’ve never had any problems with bathroom or store cleanliness. I admire the staff for all their hard work in all of their generosity.
