The Local Butcher - Denver - Photo album

I tried the Pulled Pork Reuben and it didn't disappoint. It was the perfect mash up of two great sandwiches. I added some vinegar bbq sauce and that was a great addition. I would happily come back and try more of the menu next time I'm at the market.
Excellent butcher! I’ve been here several times and have been consistently impressed by the quality of the meat and customer service. Passionate guys with great recommendations.
Brisket is the best I've had in Colorado, not Austin, tx level. But for $20.95 lb you can't complain. You will not find Brisket near that price anywhere else in Colorado. Grab a lb, take it home, add some sides. feed 4 humans
Had the meatball sandwich and so good. The sauce and the meatballs had so much flavor. The bread was a perfect vessel for everything
Had the brisket sandwich here and YUM. I'm a Texas girl so brisket is big on my list. I will definitely be taking some family here to try more items.
I had a nice evening, and they were very fast with my order!
I had a meatball sub at The Local Butcher and it was delicious! The staff there are always very friendly. I can’t wait to try more menu items. Definitely eating here again the next time I’m at Denver Central Market.
The pulled pork sandwich with baked beans was a banger,
The Italian beef is fantastic. Coming from someone who has had more of their fair share of Chicago style Italian beef, I must say this stands atop them all. Great flavor, melts in your mouth, fresh bread... all around great sandwich. They were sold out of the brisket so I'm hoping to try that too be
Had excellent brisket - on par with Texan brisket. I wish the sandwich came automatically with some sides or vegetables - otherwise its literally just brisket between hamburger buns. Service was friendly.
