La Rumba - Denver - Photo album

I have performed at, facilitated workshops at and have also just come to dance at La Rumba and have always enjoyed myself. Parking is all side street but oddly I never have trouble finding a spot. The layout is so expansive, whether you're here to dance or be a gossip hen or a wallflower, there's a
This spot felt like ny/nj. Some of the best casual dancers I’ve ever met, the music was perfect, the vibe was great, the drinks were strong and cheap. I loved it!
I had a great time! Came here on a whim while on a date and will definitely be back. The drinks kept going and the dancing was just insane. Everybody in every age group were just having the time of their lives and that included me. Even met some awesome chill ladies out on the patio while getting a
This place was fun! Here is what could make it better... More space. There were so many people on that dance floor that it was hard to move. I got stepped on by other dancers who were taking big steps a few times. My second thought is instead of playing 5 of the same type of dance songs in a row, mi
I would highly recommend the Thursday night salsa class at 8:00 with Rafa. After the hands on class the real party starts. Amazing people, great energy and good times. Supportive environment for people of all different skill levels. We are beginners and it was a very welcoming environment. A bi
We went here for a salsa class on a Thursday night and can say we weren't disappointed. For complete beginners and professional teachers we were able to grasp the hang of a small salsa dance. A lot of fun even though we were very sceptical at first on what to expect. I recommend for anyone thinking
This is one of the go to Dance places when we visit Denver every month, Friday is more broad mix including lots of Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and a little Reggaeton but it was great Ladies were free!! Saturday seems more Salsa, Bachata focused. We always dance a ton even though we go without p
I had no idea it's gonna be this fun!! Really! The place was packed and everybody was dancing. Got there around 9pm on a Saturday night, danced Salsa for like 2 hrs, then this amazing band with trumpets, 3 singers, awesome drummer started playing Salsa. Parking was free and 1 minute away. Drinks wer
Gosh I would rate this place even a 6-star if I could. When my husband and I got there, I realized I forgot my ID card at home. So I remembered, I had a photo of it on my phone and bam just like that I showed them and they let me through. We took a dance session of an hr ($15/person) and after that
I totally love their dance teaching on Friday nights. It is really cool place for the socializing. There are also many options to drink. I definitely recommend this place. It is really fun to learn Rumba here.
Best salsa in Denver. Wish there were more places like it that consistently played for salsa / bachata
