DEAR CHIPOTLE CORPORATE, some business lessons for you, for every 10 customers mad I personally watched walking out today you generated 100 lost sales and clients. This place is a mess. Way below chipotle standards. It's dirty and the customer service is a joke. The food is always gone too no rice no steak no beans. The manager told me with audacity it's not her problem! Please review this pictures ur restaurant is being destroyed. GABI an attendant took over for the manager that told me wasn't her problem she should be the manager than maybe your store wouldn't be such a joke! I also asked them have you seen you last 30 bad reviews on Google????? GABI the cook took the time to do that but not the manager!!!!! I sat there for 20 min and I still have no food. Please Corporate help!!!!!!!!!!! The attendant literally set a to go bowl on top of my tortilla!!!! Hygiene isn't a thing there! Literally loved chipotle questioning if I'll ever go here again!!!! Corporate please read all you reviews!!! Show us we are valued customers! !!!

Terrible reviews here, And I see why. The last 5-10 burritos I've had prepared from this location have been sloppy as all hell. The flavor is way off. And there are big chunks of food in the mixture, maybe beans chunks or sofrita clumps, I don't know. But it's gross. They’re a turn-em-and-burn-em food factory....Nothing savory or gourmet about this product at THIS particular location.

I went to this location around 8:30 PM tonight. It was super packed, local holiday. I (and many others) were annoyed at the wait and disappointed that they were out of some thiings. I was just really impressed by the staff. They held it down. They were quick and polite the entire time. I am so impressed with how they handled less than happy customers. Mercedes, Andra, Gabby, Anya, Naomi, and Riley did a great job. Truly an amazing shift.

Infuriatingly slow service. This place used to be so great. Is the goal of online orders being 30 minutes late to try to get people to stop using online orders? I’m immunocompromised with a toddler at home. I do online orders t keep both of us safe and healthy. It would be so much faster to just stand in line on my last three visits. We pick up from here almost weekly since it is so close to home. Infuriating and they are doing nothing about it. Also, unrelated to speed but also related to terrible service, my burrito was mostly rice.

Every time we order there online they are consistently 30 minutes behind the order delivery date. They literally never have salad dressing prepared and overall they are constantly running low on ingredient. I understand they are a busy location but you would think they would compensate for the additional business.

First of all we stood in line for 30 minutes because the staff was too busy doing online orders and they were not paying attention to the people that were there already. Once they asked your order they took an extra 10 minutes making the online orders and filling them up with the ingredients asked. And in this particular occasion one of the workers pointed at me and my wife and without saying a word just shook her hand to make us move so she could give the food to another Patreon which really made me and my wife mad we finally had enough and had to bad our own order and paid and left as quickly as we could.
