As a "local expert" I'm honored to leave the FIRST decide for Latiga Mexican Restaurant! This place is a gem...while it lasts. I'm sure it's not long until there will be a wait. Good food - I had the Ceviche, the shrimp pablanos & Clayuda with WARM artisan corn tortillas!

First off, the service was impeccable and our waitress was extremely friendly, knowledgeable. Secondly, I'm not sure why this place isn't packed on a Friday night. Regardless, our meals seasoned perfectly and the portions could feed a family. My husband and I are from New Jersey, so we know great food and this places surpassed anything that we've eaten in Denver and we've been to a lot of great "atmosphere" restaurants BUT terrible food. We're kind of food stubs (BTW...a foodie is fool that just eats). We love great food with levels of favors and textures NOT the common explanations of ingredients from waitress/waiter that 98% falls short every time. We LOVE Denver Colorado, but your food is the worse. That's many reasons why I love to cook at home to make up the bad meals we've eaten in Denver. So if your looking for a solid A+ restaurant with great food, try this place ��

We were looking for a place to go watch the super bowl and have dinner. And my husband notice Latigo We were greeted by the owner I think that's who it was. So friendly. We felt very comfortable in this place. We loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. We had so much fun. That we will go back. And this time with my family.

The food was amazing! Extremely tasteful and also a great atmosphere. The waitress, not so great. We were initially greeted, but after placing our order, the waitress disappeared and seldomly made an appearance. Then we got the wrong order. I'd visit again because the food was great, and hopefully the next waitress with be better.

Love this place and our favorite restaurant to frequent before a Rockies games. Never go anywhere else. Awesome authentic Mexican food. Plus a variety. Great prices. The staff is beyond excellent and love sitting on the patio being pampered! Extremely relaxing and quiet. Never have to wait for a beverage or food.

Fresh and delicious! Recipes are family-rooted, focused on traditional ingredients and spice blends. Attention to detail extends to the environment inside, which has a warm contemporary feel. Welcoming whether you're catching a foul ball from Coors Field across the street or trying to escape the heat. We'll definitely be back.
