They always have the friendliest staff and great service. However, the 4/5 is because my coffee is never made correctly and they are usually out of items. It was mentioned that this is their slow season and they don't order everything like they used to. Again - amazing people work there.

I was picking up a few bagels as a thank you for my coworkers today. I needed 8 bagels and only had $10. The manager who rang me out gave me the "6 for $6" deal and included 2 extra bagels on her. I was shocked that someone would be willing to help me do something nice for my coworkers when I'm hurt

Went in around 5:30am and it was quiet. We ordered a lot of things and the guy was very kind and patient. Made my morning a lot better! The wait time was long so don't be in a rush, I wasn't.

This location of Einstein's used to have terribly long waits and awful service. That has changed dramatically over the last 6 months, and they seemed to have turned things around. Good, prompt service today and the food was good, too.

Always good service and for the most part fresh and soft bagels. The breakfast sandwiches are really good and filling. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for bagels or coffee.

Good coffee and not a bad bagel. But since ur here u can go to the Jewish bagel facing king soopers. Its really good.
