First time eating at a Noodles and Company. Staff was very friendly and service (brought food to table) was good. Pad Thai noodles had just the right amount of spice. Prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food available. Nice selection of dishes with proteins available as an add-on.
My first impression on the appearance is positive: it is covered in melted cheese. There is a faint smell of noodles and cheese but nothing too strong. After mixing everything around the scent is much stronger. There are no new scents but it become a lot stronger. The color is consistent throughout

For years and throughout staff changes this has been my sister who has special needs, her favorite place to eat. They always take extra time and attention to her and my children. The food is as good as any Noodles as well. Two thumbs way up from my sister and five stars from me.
