Stopped here before going to the Grizzly Rose and LOVED it. Amazing atmosphere and delicious food. We got the patty melt and it was one of the tastiest I’ve tried. The bartender, Jesus, was so friendly and helpful and said he’d been there many many years and they’ve maintained the same quality of fo
We had a large party for a group dining party (~40 people) after a meeting held next door at the CSU Spur Campus. We appreciated the convenience of the location, the food was excellent, atmosphere made it easy to kick back, and overall fit our price point for a larger party. We greatly appreciated s
If you're ever going to The Grizzly Rose I highly recommend you make a pitstop here for an amazing bar experience. The chili con queso is Soooo good with the green chili! The Ranchers Chicken tenders were delicious and the Texas sized burrito had great flavor. I need to go back and try that steak sa
A solid 4 out of 5 star place. Burgers, sandwiches and Mexican food on menu. Steaks and baked potatoes are available only during Stock Show. My Chiles Rellenos were decent, as was Hazy IPA. My friend got BBQ Chicken Sandwich with fries.

Very nice place. It was very quiet when I was there, but service was great! The onion rings were awesome and the prime rib French dip was very tasty and plenty ajus!
If you’re traveling through Denver on I-70, looking for a down to earth, western saloon with heart, history and good food and drink you have to stop at the Denver Stockyard Saloon (at the National Western Stock show grounds). Follow your gps to get here cuz it’s a little weird, even if it’s close to
