Brooklyn's Finest Pizza

Im not exaggerating when I say this is the best NY slice in Colorado. I'm a stickler and I struggled to find much fault in their pizza. Crispy, chewy crust. Contrasting marinara. Cheese that actually has flavor, unlike other places around. Maybe a little more salt and slightly overwork the dough next time, but that's really just me searching for an issue. Plus, despite there not being much in the way of seating, they somehow managed to provide top-notch service. It's about 45 minutes from me and definitely worth the drive. They somehow even managed to fit a Coke Freestyle machine in the small restaurant, much to my surprise. Always a nice bonus.

While not necessarily a comfortable dine in option as there are metal tables and chairs outside and some high top chairs inside this was such a great choice for pizza and a salad. The “large” salad is huge so be prepared to share, we definitely made that mistake. The Greek salad and the Cesar salad were delicious. All veggies and lettuce were cold and crunchy. The Godfather pizza was banging! Perfect crust and amount of toppings! Service was sweet and quick!

Love this Pizza spot! I hail from the east coast and would argue they make a pretty mean pizza. I’m a huge fan of the Strombolis, which are big enough for two, as they are legit in style (a lot of other places around town claim to make them, but they’re really Calzones). Garlic knots are sooooo good and big in size, def worth the $. Delivery folks are always super friendly and I’ve never had anything spilled or missing! The Lowell location is far superior to the one on the Mall, and they are right across the street from Goldspot brewery, so I end up ordering a lot during Thursday trivia.
