Just came here for some takeout and it was amazing! Not only was the fish so fresh and tasty but the staff was wonderful. They make the most well priced rolls and bowls. We waited maybe 10 minutes for 5 things. Pretty impressive for a busy Cap Hill neighborhood. Definitely found my new fave quick bite.

The food was very very good, I really liked my roll and the Poke bowl was delicious. It's a very small space, very hole on the wall. For a place like this I don't know if the food gets any better. Small section of beer as well.

I came to Sushi Cup for the first time tonight. The bowl I had was so very delicious. The mixture of the sweetness from the pear with the sushi rice, ahi tuna, avocado, and more was delightful. The service was also top notch and quick. I look forward to coming back!

Ingredients were fresh. Had the unagi & spicy ahi tuna bowl with avocado, mango, cucumber, nori, daikon over half purple rice half green. The eel was marinated very well. Spicy tuna was spicy lol. Taste was pretty good and the purple rice was a rare addition :)

Super fresh and tasty poke bowls! Very fairly priced for the quality, and I was so impressed that I've come back many times since. Tried the ramen as well and it was great, with the broth being on point. Highly recommend the build your own poke bowls, great options to customize the ingredients. Convenient online ordering system on their website, don't pay for Grubhub nonsense and do the pickup this way.

I absolutely love this place. The restaurant itself is pretty small, but most certainly worth it! I have not familiarized myself with any of the sushi rolls, but the poke bowls are fantastic. The part I like about these poke bowls compared to the traditional poke bowls is the selection of toppings to pair with the fish.

Good hole in the wall place. There's only took to sit about ten people so they try and maximize take out or delivery. The poke bowls are good but some of them have leafy greens in them which I don't like. The fish, rice, and sauce were all good and the other toppings complimented those well. The bowls are also a good size so you won't be hungry after.

Oh boy do I love Sushi. I eat, breathe, and sleep sushi. I come here once a week or more to get their signature “sushi donut”; an affordable, adorable, and delicious way to get my weekly sushi fix. Their fish is fresh, well sliced, and all of their ingredients including the eel sauce and sushi rice are superb.
The owner is also extremely personable and nice! He always asks how I’m doing and what’s going on with my day while I’m there, and it’s great to support a business with such a down to earth owner who just wants to make some good, affordable sushi. Sushi doesn’t always have to cost an arm and a leg, and this place is the best at what they do. Poké bowls are great as well, and they pack it full to the brim rather than skimpily add shreds of things here and there. Great bang for your buck, and a great menu.

The staff here is amazing! Super friendly and patient when you’re ordering. I come here as often as I can for lunch. The spicy tuna and salmon is a must! Fair price for the amount of food and sushi you get. I would recommend this over every near by place to eat.

My first stop at this neighborhood place. The service was incredibly friendly. The guys even gave me help on what to order. I had a sushi bowl with spicy tuna and salmon and it was delicious. Lots of fresh ingredients and fish in that bowl...very filling and refreshing. I'll definitely go back!

Very delicious! I'd honestly go there right now id they were open today (Sunday). 😀😀😀I really enjoyed the spicy salmon rolls and the spicy tuna/salmon bowl. Be sure to specify which one as they both sound very similar you may end up with one when you wanted the other. I've been multiple times, and both have a pleasant surprise.

This is my new addiction in our neighborhood. We originally came to the soft opening and I've eaten here 3 or 4 times already. The food is fresh and it's nice to have a lighter option for lunch or dinner in the area. Yummy! The amount of options you get in creating your poki bowl are amazing and the price is good considering how fresh and the amount you get!

Darling neighborhood sushi joint! My husband lauded the sashimi as the best he's had in Colorado. As a veg, I appreciate the vegan roll on the menu and found it super fresh and delicious.
