We visited here over Christmas break. Excellent service, efficient, polite employees and delicious sandwiches! A great variety for all of our different tastes, options for the kids and even gluten free items! HIGHLY recommend! Definitely will be stopping back in the next time we are in Denver!!
I order Erbert & Gerbert's basically every time I work at the Summit Music Hall and it's always the bomb, the ingredients are fresh, the meats are delicious and the chili is just insanity and I especially love the giant pickles!! Keep it up Erbert and Gerbert's customer for life!!
Ordered online for hotel delivery. I paid online but they delivered earlier than time requested and I couldn't leave a tip because our food was left at the front desk. 😏

A huge shout out to the owner & manager, Aaron C., for going above and beyond. Last week, the delivery driver warned me that their credit card machine was down and apologized. Not even a problem. Aaron followed up by phone and, after sorting payment, apologized and offered to send me a coupon. Yesterday, I received $20 in coupons and a really nice letter from the owner describing what happened and what they're doing to address it! How cool is that? It wasn't even a problem for me in any way, and the store must have sent dozens - if not hundreds - of similar letters and coupons to other people that day. Very impressive. Oh, and their sandwiches are super yummy and delivery is really fast.
Service was fast, and the names of the sandwiches were strange, funny and entertaining. The amount of meat on the sandwiches left a little to be desired. Think of a slightly not-as-good version of Jimmy John's.
As weird as it may sound, I think this Erbert and Gerbert's may be favorite lunch spot downtown. I'm a tuna fan, and always get the Bornk- But out of all the sub shops out there, this is by far the best quality. They also have a great membership program where you can get free subs, and overall they just treat their customers so well. It can get busy on weekday lunches, but the service is usually very fast. They also deliver to your office!
Good stuff. Had never heard of this spot before. A good plain ol sandwich. Soup was super good too. Fast and what i wanted. Will definitely be a go to.

Tried it for the first time today and the food and service was great. There was a line just after 12 for placing orders but I was there about quarter till and was able to get my food quickly. Not a lot of tables but a great place to grab and go for lunch downtown.
Soups, sandwiches, cookies, OH MY! Everything I've tried is AMAZING, but what's even better...their AWESOME customer service! Super friendly, helpful and fast. I can't recommend Erbert & Gerbert's enough!
I am an Erbert and Gerbert addict! Perfect sandwiches every time, great soups and those crispy peanut butter bars... To die for! Either at work or home, they are my go to lunch place! :-)

Sandwiches are ok, but I absolutely love their soups and the service. Also, the employees are always super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.
