Great atmosphere and so fun to sit with a drink at the piano with great music. This is my favorite place in Denver. Classic, drinks are great, if they had just a little bit better food but still edible, this place would be even more spectacular. But love it and go all the time! It’s like Cheers for Denver.

Lively, fun place to go for dinner or just drinks. I did not try the food but the service was good. It was packed when I went. Seems like a good place to gather with a group of people. Large enclosed patio seating area as well. The ambiance is nice and has an old fashioned feel to it. Will definitely visit this place again!

I've been going to Charlie Brown's for years! Their food is amazing! I love the smothered Burrito Supreme, the French Dip, the Greek platter, and their morning breakfast Burrito! The prime rib sandwich is absolutely my fav! The staff is friendly and the piano bar is classic Denver! You won't be disappointed at this local legendary Bar & Grill! Don't forget pig roast Fridays on the patio in Summer! 🏆

Made a reservation with possibly the owner or manager and came in last night for the first time. The gentleman that I made the reservation over the phone with was there to make us feel so welcome when we came in. He reserved a table for us right across from the piano. The vibes were so warm and inviting. The pianist was very talented and lovely to listen to. I ordered the beef tips in whiskey sauce and my husband ordered a Greek plate. Both were delicious and were huge portioned plates. We also came in right before happy hour was ending so we got 2 for 1 drinks, which is a great deal for happy hour around Denver. I noticed the same gentleman who took our reservation and seated us, making sure everyone walking is was warmly welcomed and seated right away. He was so sweet and it was such a nice touch. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Their strong attention to customer satisfaction, good food and ensuring a special experience for their patrons is so easy to see. We can't want to come back

We were in town for a girl's getaway and stopped in here for dinner. So glad we did!
The menu has a lot of variety. We had a Cobb Salad (huge) and Gyro sandwich, both of which were tasty. Good onion rings, too. Happy hour options are fun, limited to specific drinks, but we didn't mind that.
The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The live piano is a great touch.
The best part of our visit was our waiter, Sam. He was very personable and really knows the menu. He made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Always a fantastic speak easy type of lounge with piano musicians, that take turns playing songs that we all know! the service is always fantastic. The menu is extensive and they are even open for breakfast. I ordered the Carne Asada fries and they were to die for.

I went here for the first time recently with some girlfriends of mine. Such a fun environment and an awesome, historic building! The service was fast and attentive, food was great, and the pianist was so entertaining and enjoyable.

Wandered in here from Milk Bar with two friends since we really wanted to sing out some songs. We unfortunately missed piano man and there were to be no repeats, but our hot toddies were excellent and the atmosphere was great as well.

Perfectly cooked NY strip. Friendly staff, prompt service. The salad was fresh and delicious. The soup was noticeably homemade. I would recommend this place for casual or date night.

We went to Charlie Brown's after our Cap Hill haunted mansion tour and sat on the patio. It was great to get a late night snack and is still one of the best locals hang outs!

Upscale bar and grill serving good food and strong drinks with two daily happy hours one late at night from 10:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.. piano player every night who takes requests and singing along is encouraged. I celebrate my birthday here every year. Send another review friendly staff and friendly patrons. Handicap accessible.

This place is so charming! We were greeted like regulars by the host. Our waiter anticipated our every need. Our drinks were refilled constantly. The cocktails are fun and they’re seasonal menu had great options. The food is excellent quality and a good bang for your buck. The menu is diverse, but not overwhelming. We loved the live piano and the cozy atmosphere. A great place for date night or hanging out with friends. A gem of a bar and restaurant!

Our waitress was friendly and gracefully excepted cake and ice cream from our birthday celebration.
Food was great, according to our friends who were busy enjoying the French dip and nachos.
We were on the patio with plastic on as a barracade from the cold. It is a smoking area, warning, your clothes and purse will have heavy smoke on them. Poor ventilation for smokers. Nice little neighborhod.
Wish we had more time to enjoy the piano bar, sounded great. Maybe, next time.

We visited the bar 8/5/18 in the early evening. Our waitress was so sweet. The piano lady was talented and everyone seemed to have a good time. Food was delicious and price was very reasonable.
The occasion?! Long time ago, when husband and I dated, we used to live next door at The Colburn building. We come back from time to time, as our love story started here. We brought our two little boys here yesterday to show them the first time where it all started. They loved their pizza and ice cream.

I started going to the hotel that house to Charlie Brown’s in 1961. It is been a great neighborhood watering hole, it was great interesting people, friendly staff and good reasonable food for at least 50 years that I know of. My brother’s bar and Charlie Brown’s were instrumental in introducing me to the “Beat Scene”.

Celebrated my birthday at Charlie Brown's tonight. It was a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. My drinks were on the house. Appetizers were delicious. The piano bar was what drew me to come there to celebrate. Mike,the piano player was fabulous. Got to sing some ol-school loungy jazz. Friendly clientele all joined in to sing "Happy Birthday" for one of the most memorable times. Thanks to everyone. I surely will be back for more!

This is the 2nd time I've been here. It is comfortable, friendly, and ALIVE! If you're in dowtown, and looking for a place to relax, listen to some great piano and sing a long while having some GREAT food and drinks, this is the place to go. The bartenders, the chefs, and the wait staff know what there doing and are great at what each of them do. Our waitress was Mercedes, and I have to give her a definite thumbs up!
