Lovely little hotel restaurant with delightfully delicious food. The double cut pork chop was tender and cooked to perfection. The lamb duet was yummy. Our starter was a very unique general tsos cauliflower, which was mouth-watering. The wedge salad was perfect for two. Definitely a recommend.

Service and food were excellent. Price was high but worth it for the quality. Did not like the 20% auto tip, which is listed as service fee, which is confusing. Just remember not to tip twice since it's already included.

Downstairs from our room and it didn't disappoint. We ended up here a few times during our stay. Great food, great service and a nice atmosphere. I had the Elk and the hubs and kiddo got the burger. Everything was delicious.

Nice option to get food in the Hyatt hotel. My family was in the hotel at 9pm and we didn’t want to go out for a restaurant, so we came on down to Courier. It was so amazing that instead of getting premade food, the chef was able to prepare fresh dishes for us. Lots of great options, and everything is labeled appropriately for people with dietary needs. We got wings, brussel sprouts, and the maple salmon, which were all phenomenal. Salmon gets a special shout-out; it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and buttery melt-in-your-mouth.

I needed a late night option for dinner. I was delighted to find diverse menu. The server was very friendly and attentive and my meal was excellent.
I ordered the duck pot pie. Everything about it was excellent from the vegetables (cooked to perfection - not overcooked) to the flaky crust.

The Courier Market is a great place to have a drink at night, breakfast in the morning, or a snack anytime of the day, specifically if you're staying at the Grand Hyatt in Denver. The overall decor of this restaurant and bar area is great.

This place was perfect and charming and modern.. the decor inspired by a newspaper operation! Incredibly comfy booths and sofa lounge area which we were lucky to snag!
Bryan gave us superb VIP service from the start even though it was totally unexpected. The food was absolutely amazing.. I got the maple-glazed pork loin with gnocchi and bacon brussel sprouts nom nom!!! I also had one of their creative craft cocktails.. delicious!!!
Can't recommend this place enough!!
Side note: We were having the worst night before we got there and Bryan's care and the excellent food and libations made it 110% better!! When we told Bryan about our night he gave us complimentary champagne! XOXO

Very kind servers and tasty food. There was a mixup with our entree order, so they offered us free drinks while we waited. They went above and beyond and also took care of our entree (it had been close to two hours at this point), and we were shocked. They totally didn’t need to do that, since we did devour the meal! Honestly it shows how much they care about the customer experience. I would highly suggest the chicken and their Blanc to Blanc Wine :)

Naima, Donald, and Kyle provided A1 service. Very polite and courteous. I think their service might have actually made the food taste better. If you are ever here for breakfast or brunch, make sure you ask for them. Also, the value you get for the buffet can't be matched.

We loved it! The service and food are phenomenal. Ash, Luz, Edith, Brandon, and Donald made every day a special one for our 11-month old and family. The morning buffet and evening drinks are a must.
