Hadn't been here in years and they remembered us. I got the Mexican steak. Sooooo good. The salsa was nice and spicy. Loved the atmosphere. Excellent service. We didn't have any alcohol but they have a full bar.

This place is so good! Chips and salsa are good. I got the Pollo asado and it was amazing. Never had anything like it at another restaurant. I usually judge Mexican restaurants on their beans and rice. Basics have to good and this restaurant definitely has great beans and rice. Overall great experience.

I had a good experience at this Mexican restaurant. I loved my skinny margarita and enjoyed my Enchiladas Suiza. Our waiter was friendly with a big smile. TVs are everywhere for the sports lovers out there. Comfortable family restaurant that is not pretentous. Easy parking in a lot or on the street.

Look at this amazing thing! Steak, chicken, or shrimp options. You better be hungry or be ready to take leftovers with you because this is a lot of food!

El Tejado Denver is my favorite place for authentic Mexican fare. The food is great, service is friendly and speedy.
Can get full and loud, but nothing annoying.
I recommend their “Milanesa”.

Absolutely the best Mexican Restaurant in another state that I've been in. As a Texas girl, I have standards and they surpassed it all. Food came out fresh. The red sauce was very spicy. The deep fried ice cream was way better than I expected. But my favorite part was how kind and fast the service was. My boyfriend and I didn't have to wait long for our meal, and it was full. Absolutely coming here again.

Great atmosphere and good food. For some reason it is important for a Mexican restaurant to start you off with free chips and salsa and the both are perfect at El Tejado. I make chili Rellenos from scratch at home so I'm pretty biased when it comes to them. Thus the 4 stars. Outside of that the steak and chicken Fajitas for 2 were great and there was enough for lunch for one the next day. Fried ice cream was a wonderful way to end the meal.

The food was hot and fresh Fajitas came out steaming. Got 2 deluxe burritos one chicken one shredded beef. Atmosphere was good, service was attentive and fast. Only waited about 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. The tables were clean. Overall great experience!
