Good stuff. Not quite on el tacos level, but good. I would put this place in the class with santiagos and chubbys but a tad bit better and with a much more wider audience to their food.
Salsa is very very similar to santiagos salsa.
Green chili is different and very good.
Price is amazing. Got a big smothered burrito and chips and salsa for $8.05 with table service. Can't beat that!

They are by far the BEST tamales I have ever had... the margaritas are refreshing and the green chile is great! if you are in Denver try them, you'll be glad you did. I live in Atlanta, my favorite are the green chile, I wish I lived closer

Great experience here at Tamales by La Casita, first timer at this establishment, it was recommended by my mom and when it comes to tamales or Mexican food she's very crucial on the food and service.. But again she was right about here.. Food was great, service was fast and the atmosphere was very chill...I had there 2 tamales and 2 overeasy eggs on top and it was awesome the beans where decent and the sauce was spicy but it was just right.. It was a little pricey but it's worth the price I think.. In a very good neighborhood with easy parking access didn't get to try their root beer float unfortunately but I will next time I come... They seem very popular as I saw multiple customers buy them while I was there... Employees where very nice.. The girl who took my order was very sweet also beautiful gave great service also but didn't get here name.. They do also sell beer and margaritas also!! Very clean restaurant!! Definitely recommend if you're ever in that area! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯

Fantastic tamales, both green and red, wonderful shredded beef burritos on homemade flour tortillas and an Denver "egg roll style" chile relleno. I would get everything again except for the relleno. Amazing bang for the buck in a really comfortable clean restaurant. The counter service was helpful and polite.
Burrito was decent size for 5 dollars bean and cheese. Order was wrong but they fixed right away (: would come back again
I love the flavor of the red but not in the green; way too many peppers which takes away from the masa. If I could say one thing these tamales need that will really make my taste buds happy; make'm thicker because they sure are thin (minus too many peppers) lol
Service is okay. Order taken and employee goes right back to playing on phone, tip request while paying with card was a joke. Ordered takeout.
Had the red tamales, they are good. Would call them the best red tamale currently only because places that had a better product are no longer around.

I've been eating here since I was a kid, maybe even from the womb! I remember when this place was a cute, small pink tamale house. Food is reliably delicious and affordable. The staff is always personable and friendly. I recommend the tostadas and the tamales of course!
La Casita has been a staple for my family since I was a little kid. They have the best well-priced Norteño/Tex-Mex food that makes you feel good after you eat it, not bloated or sick. The family who runs it is a gem of Northwest Denver. I hope La Casita serves this beautiful community for many generations to come.
This place has great food but not great for dine in. There are only a few tables and it seems like they don’t have anyone to wipe them down. I would suggest doing takeout only. The tamales are really good.
Simple, tasty, great prices, sweet staff. Yummy Mexican. Beef and bean burrito add Chile and rice no cheese, is my jam!
