Great burgers, great fries and absolutely wonderful staff members.
The beef patties are so fresh and well cooked, everything clean and tidy and kudos to the speed and efficiency of table turnovers.
Love this joint and can't wait to be back :)
Customer service friendly. Gourmet cheeseburger and Avocado Burger both served with endless fries. Freckled lemonade top the meal off. First visit here was pleasant and definitely will return.

Great friendly service, the things I notice are all the Ketchups were full, I buzzed right through the line. Restaurant is half full and nobody is whining. My first time inside and so far so good!
Great food. Great service. The people were so quick with our food and they were so friendly. The cookie shake was amazing and so thick.
Tried it back when it first opened and was not satisfied. Tried it again recently and I am overjoyed with this restaurant! Great simple menu with room for customization, it is a little pricy but absolutely worth it. Burgers are cooked well and of hearty size. FRIES INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE OF BURGER! And while dining we were asked if we wanted MORE FRIES!? And they accomodated for us a smaller size drink than their regular "small" size. Exceptional customer service and product quality. Their shakes have REAL ICE CREAM that DID NOT MELT until way after we left the restaurant. Amazing food, amazing service, 4 out of 5 due to price, but worth it!
We stopped here on the way out of town. We were surprised at first as it is set up as counter service, but rest assured all the favorites are there as well as alcohol. The food was just as good as the traditional setting. The service is what really stood out for me. Cody took our order, Alyssa brought our food and both were well above and beyond what you would expect from counter service. Cody even answered all my friendsf questions on the "new to us" counter concept.
I hope they expand this to other cities.
Food is delivered relatively quickly. Still need another Coke Freestyle machine during rush periods. Fries are much better here now but I honestly go for the Jack Daniels BBQ Chicken. Yum! Front counter staff is hit or miss - seems to always be someone new but that comes with the trade I guess.
Not really a fan of the burgers here - much more charcoally than the regular Red Robin's but the chicken is excellent.
Kind of a funky little Red Robin - you can only get burgers and a small assortment of the real menu - and no alcohol. This is more of a fast food place where you walk up and order, a little confusing if you're used to the real Red Robin! But good food and service all around.
Usually Red Robin is just, "okay," but today the burger was exceptional, along with the service. I'm usually disappointed with the service, but today our service was wonderful. The whole experience was refreshing after having such a rough morning.
This place puts an awesome spin on Red Robin's amazing burgers by taking the atmosphere from a more traditional restaurant experience, to more of a on-the-fly eating experience, BUT with one BIG difference.....no sacrifice to the infamous quality Red Robin is known for. It was easy to get in, get ahold of a Royal Burger and get back on the road. Highly Recommend!
My family and I have eaten here many times. I wont say its always perfect but anytime something was not right with our order, the staff has gone above and beyond to make it right. I would agree that the number of bad reviews suggests the staff here are not getting things right the first time around, but they have always corrected concerns when we have brought them to their attention. Also. the staff has always been very polite when we have been here.
