This Firehouse Subs location definitely knows how to take care of their customers and make them arrive and leave happy! Always greeting everyone as they walk in, even when they are slammed busy! They always pay close attention to sandwich customizations and my sandwich is always tasting so delicious and fresh! The staff here is amazing and attentive! Great customer service. I usually order my food online and just go pick it up but we were passing by and I felt like a Virginia honey ham sub fully involved with regular yellow mustard. I ordered it in the restaurant and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service because I'm always concerned about hanging around now a days with social distancing protocols and some refusing to wear masks. Thank you for the quick service and by the way, the sandwich was awesome as always.

Solid sub. Not the most amazing sub, however it is good, and by good i mean, my husband and I tried it for the first time yesterday and then ordered it again today. The sandwiches feel to be sort of like quiznos but better quality. The meat seems to be closer to a deli quality than most chain sub places. I had he hook and latter, and my husband tried the meatball. I also tried the chili one day and the potato soup the second day. The bread was good quality, and was no soggy by the time it got home (big plus). The meat is plentiful and the Ham especially was very tasty and the not overpowered by the condiments and veggies. The chili was delicious, more watery than expected but the flavor was on point. The Potato soup was good, however if i had one again i would do the chili. Will be back again.

This is my favorite lunch time spot on work days. However Friday my online order was made with the wrong sandwich but when I called the store, Mike, the owner was quick to offer me a new sub. So today I called to let Mike know I was on my way and by the time I got there it was ready and he went above and beyond by comping me a whole meal and gave me a free sub coupon. Every time I go into this location it is clean, I get greeted right away and given excellent service. Mike knows how to run his crew and has top notch customer service!!! Thanks Mike, today's sub was perfect!!

I visited this firehouse subs off of hampden around 8pm this evening and it was hands down the best restaurant experience Ive ever had and I'm not exaggerating. The manager should definitely get a raise. He was super on top of everything while we were there. He and the employees hooked my daughter up with a fireman hat and just overall took amazing care of us. Im overwhelmed by how great the service was here. Will visit again. ♥️

I got a chicken, bacon, and ranch sub. My husband had a hot corned beef, and my son had the Italian sub. My sub was awesome!! The young men who work there are very respectful and caring. I recommend this Firehouse Subs location!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I don't submit a lot of reviews, but I ordered 12 sandwiches right around lunch rush time and they were here SO fast with only one minor mistake. Delicious quality too! I've been to a few Firehouse Subs before, but this has been my best experience by far. Very good, highly recommend this location.

Even during Covid readjustment, service was super fast, friendly and smiling. Walked in to almost a dozen people in front of us, some had already ordered. We were able to place our order and be out the door in less than 15 min. Sandwiches were piled high with meat and Flavor. Almost wish I had ordered the largest one to have leftovers for later.
