Love being able to custom make a pizza like a Chipotle burrito, right in front of you. Good pizza, like 7 beers on tap and dude working was quick and nice. Nice city views from the bar seat by the windows. Glad we stopped by.

This was the first time I had ever been to a pieology and my experience can be summed up with one word: Excellent. The environment was awesome, the guys behind the counter were super cool (even we'll I was trying to make up mind), the food was great. I will definitely be frequenting this spot!

They have a huge variety of pizza options from crusts to toppings and the staff is always very friendly. It's a build your own pizza place and to my knowledge there arent limits to toppings. I tend to get mostly veggies to justify eating almost a whole pizza to myself but they also have meat and plant-based toppings like meatless meatballs and veg Italian sausage. Very affordable too!

I tried a generic pepperoni pizza and it was good. The pepperoni has a slight bite to it. Could perhaps have had a bit more pepperoni but overall no complaints. The pizza came out quickly and I liked how they cut it. There were loads of options for toppings, which perhaps was a bit overwhelming, but staff was nice and pretty patient with me while I deliberated and then just chose pepperoni.

This was my first visit to a Pieology and it was awesome...it's like Subway for Pizza! The staff was awesome, always asking if we were ok and needing anything else. I especially loved the pie and a pint deal. I figure, if you don't like the food you eat here - it's your own fault since you were the one to pick the ingredients.

Can make gluten free pizza but spoons and other ingredients are cooking line style so definitly some cross contamination. Dough was ok, firm but at least it was buttery.

Yum! Can’t believe ive lived so close by and never been here. Price is right, had a glass of wine while I waited, didn’t take long at all-may appear fast casual but would be a super fun night out! Their staff was super friendly too!

This restaurant has amazing pizza pies. Made right in front of you. You choose the ingredients and toppings. These pizzas and this restaurant are definitely unique. Tantalizing flavors, great service, and a museum type atmosphere makes this place a one of a kind. Try it. I'm sure you'll like it.

Why is the pizza so great here? Because you get to create it exactly the way you like it! You can choose from several different types of crusts, sauces, cheeses and a multitude of other ingredients that result in your own, perfect personal pizza. The staff was courteous and cooked the pizza perfectly. And the price is definitely right! Trust me, you want be disapointed...

They have so many selections! I love getting the butter and herb sauce I think it is on my pizza. The cauliflower crust is really good and I'm not a big cauliflower person. The employees are always very nice and make personal connections instead of just "Next, next, next" I enjoy eating here.

So many things to like about this place. The staff is so friendly, the place is clean, the pizza is delicious, but honestly the best part...It's cheap. I work right by here and it's impossible to find cheaper food by here. It's nice to go out and get a fantastic lunch with a friendly staff at a reasonable price. I'll keep coming back.
