We were so happy that we discovered Azucar Bakery for our wedding cake! It was fantastic! We tried another very well-known bakery in Denver before we tried the cakes here, and their cakes didn’t even come close to how amazing the cakes are at Azucar. You can call and order a sampler box to try multiple flavors. We went with a 3-tier cake with simple white frosting on the outside and then put a few pink roses on the cake. It was gorgeous! We chose the lemon-raspberry flavor for 2 of the tiers, and then chose the chocolate with chocolate mousse for the other tier. All of our guests loved this cake, and ate every piece of it! It was completely gone! We only got one bite of our cake during our wedding, so we ordered a small cake the week after our wedding so we could enjoy more of it! We plan to order one every year on our anniversary. Stop shopping around and go with Azucar for your wedding or other event, you will not regret it! Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Azucar Bakery for my wedding. Cheesecakes are not very easy to find in the Denver area and Azucar's were a true delight. We had 200 guests and ordered 9 trays of the bite size cheesecakes (Oreo was the crowd favorite). We had the perfect amount leftover for enjoying after the wedding. We also got a standard size turtle cheesecake for our cutting cake and it was the best I've ever had. Azucar provided exceptional service, being responsive, accommodating, and ensuring timely delivery. I highly recommend them to anyone in Denver seeking top-notch quality and service. I also want to highlight the wonderful experience we had during our cake tasting with James. He took the time to sit down with us, listen to our preferences, and guide us through an enjoyable tasting. His expertise and passion for his craft were evident as he shared his knowledge and recommendations. Thank you, Azucar, for making our special day even more memorable!

This was my 2nd time going because I live out of state. Can u say, "fabulous, yummy, amazing, superb, delicious!!" Their coffee is yummy too. The favorite of mine is a stuffed raspberry, chocolate mousse pastry thing. OMG!!@ YES! YES! YES! Today I picked a chocolate stuffed turnover and a berry/mango cheese turnover=magnificent! The birthday cakes are superb; they can create anything and the prices are FANTASTIC!!

Insane how good this cake is. We had them cater our wedding and everything was great from taste, decor, and on time delivery and set up. Communication leading up to it was easy. We did put a deposit on a cake stand but they forgot to bring one, we emailed them and it was fixed! So easy We can’t wait for our anniversary to have the cake again

If you want a delicious cake for your wedding, honest to god look no further. Our experience with Azucar Bakery was spectacular. From the cake tasting to the days leading up to our wedding, they were supportive, welcoming, and made our cake perfect for us. The only mistake we made was it should have been a bigger cake because we all wanted more of it by the end of the night!

We just had our wedding cake tasting with James and he was amazing! He has us try some extra flavors that we hadn't even picked and ended up choosing a combo from his suggestions. We opted for a dessert bar in lieu of sheet cake or cupcakes and he had several samples of those for us to try as well. So accommodating and everything was DELICIOUS. We're using this bakery as it is included with our wedding package for the venue we picked but I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding cake. Wonderful experience and fantastic food. Oh, and the fresh juice is phenomenal!

We've been getting my daughter's birthday cakes here for the last several years, and they're always the talk of the party! The thing about an Azucar cake is that it's always perfectly balanced in flavor (whatever crazy combination our daughter chooses for that year): sweet, but never cloyingly so; ornately decorated, but never gaudy. A fine cake crumb that is light to eat, yet still packed with flavor, topped with a delicate frosting that's nearly whipped cream-like, so not weighty, and therefore never makes you feel "heavy" afterwards--a fact that all guests agree on. Stupendous craftsmanship, and the pre-ordering process (we've gone both in person and pre-paid online) is a breeze. A week lead-time, and the the pick-up process is always a "piece of cake." Cannot recommend Azucar enough, and always a part of our annual tradition.

I called today for our anniversary cake and realized I forgot to review them after our wedding! We got the most delicious cake, two top tiers zucchini and two bottom tiers spice apple for our wedding last November! Our experience with Azucar was great. We got to taste amazing cakes during the tasting and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Their coffee was excellent! Then on wedding day, we forgot the cake topper back at home and could not get it before wedding time - Danielo was able to arrange the flowers beautifully into the cake - no topper was necessary! Made our wedding cake and we couldn't recommend them more! The tasting was fantastic - everyone was so attentive and kind. The flavors are out of this world! They also were incredibly accommodating to help us get the cake to the venue. The final cake was gorgeous and tasted as good as we had remembered :)
