Right now, I am at the Satire on Colfax. ...Same owner as Pete's Kitchen.
This bar has a very neighborhood feel though everyone may be from a different neighborhood.

Dive bar with great food at a solid price. Limited menu when I went but good for bar bar food! I came for the trivia and will be back again soon.

Fun chill atmosphere. Karaoke. Affordable drinks. We came in bar hopping on a Saturday. We were overdressed that night but it was ok. We enjoy the punk vibe.
Iconic place, friendly crowd. Great prices & service. Authentic neighborhood spot. Nice new remodel with games, extra seating and garage door windows. Good mix of people and it’s hard to spend time there without hearing a few great stories. Come for a relaxed good time.

There was a drunk guy trying to start fights with everyone. Angela, the bartender, promptly removed him from the bar. She took his threats seriously and after he left, made a difficult situation fun with an upbeat attitude and playful conversations. She really saved the night by handling the disturb
I stopped in after Mass tonight. This is Denver. Great music, great service (like visiting a home), great conversation (education!). Some call it a dive bar.. it's more like a chapel.
I used to come here fairly regularly when I lived in the area 15 years ago and I just stopped by last week when I was doing some Denver sightseeing. It's a lot brighter and cleaner than I remember it. They have decent prices for draft beer. I didn't order any food but others were and what I saw look

Please get a sound guy. I measured 100 DB at the bar. Just 4 hours of that can cause permanent partial deafness. Great band just please get a sound guy
So I really only go because of the karaoke that's hosted every Friday and Sunday nights, but the bartenders are all really wonderful and the atmosphere is very safe there. I always have such a good time when I go!

The atmosphere is really calm, the patrons are friendly and the bar-keeper is really good to talk to. I've only been here once, but the "fajitarito" (a fajita which was cooked right with an excellent flavor and the peppers were grilled perfectly - wrapped up in a tortilla and smothered in chili verd
