This place has something for everyone. The layout is great for grabbing a coffee and doing work or catching up with friends during the day. At night, you can grab a fun cocktail, wine, beer or nonalcoholic drink at the bar and even catch live music, poetry, and more. The food is better than expec
One of the most magical places in Denver! I come here as much as I can. There’s a wonderful atmosphere of artists, kindness, and welcomeness. They have amazing drinks, delicious food, and great acts! Be sure to buy food/drinks/tip/and tip your musicians as most of what is put on is free or extremely
Mercury Cafe on California Street is a hidden gem. The day we went, they had a Jewish band play some nice songs. Inside, they've a lounge space and offer nice drinks and food. Perfect place if you're looking to hang out with a group and nibble on something and sip a few drinks. I like the menu as it
Saw Voltaire. It's a small venue for such a large crowd. But it's nice. Wheelchairs must go behind the venue and take a lift.
Every Sunday the live music and social dancing is phenomenal! If you’ve always wanted to learn to dance or just want to have fun and meet people, here’s the spot.
I love this cafe! I'm an astrologer and this place has it's birth date & chart on the side of the building! Cool eclectic vibe. Great staff. I bought a shirt.
I went here for “carnival” and i had the best time! I will say that the bar tenders killed it even with the chaos. There was only 3 of them, and a line going across the whole dance floor. The whole night had events, live music, a lesson, and apparently food (it was so good that people bought it all
I went to the Mercury Café on open mic night. I ordered the sweet chai tea. I signed up and got on stage. It was a great opportunity and I took it. It is great to see people of different ages and ethnic groups get on stage. Meeting people in the community and encouraging one another. I recommend com
The Mercury Cafe is a truly magical venue, with live music, dancing, poetry, and more. I moved to Denver a few months ago and most of my friends in the city were made here. You wouldn't know it if you're just passing through, but this place is one of the main community hubs for various social dances
such a romantic and cute experience. They are one of the only places in Denver left with a resident piano player! Highly recommend:)
Always enjoy my time here!
This place is magical and so amazing. The bar is all natural and cranberry n vodkas are delicious!! They have the most wonderful owner and some amazing staff. I met some really awesome people. I really love the welcoming vibe and the entertainment was awesome. 1 of my favorite places in Denver!! Hi
The atmosphere at the Merc is always amazing, the entertainment is the best in Denver. However, the food always makes me feel like I made a great decision and deserve a reward just for choosing the Mercury Cafe. Every meal is light, healthy, delicious, and like I earned the mousse. Let's talk about
Just tried the new menu and it's amazing. I'm so glad I came, it's a wonderful atmosphere with the food to back it up! It's a great fusion of classic venue and innovative menu. You have to try the pork belly, get it in the sicario or the torta you can't go wrong! I will definitely be coming back
Mercury Cafe's open mic is probably my favorite one I've ever been to. What an iconic place. It's beautiful to look at, spacious, unique, water conscious, comfortable. They have a great tea selection, and dancing upstairs.
So cute. The staff is so friendly and it feels homey and relaxing. Would definitely recommend, all the the is fresh and has live music. You can do dance lessons, poetry readings, and open mic night.
