We went a few months ago for a tasting/tour. It was fantastic! The tasting was delicious and informative and it was so cool to get to go upstairs and check it out.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is simply amazing. We only had drinks which were top notch, but they also had a food menu available and all of the dishes looked beautiful! Between the space, the music, the decor, and friendly staff - the overall vibe was fantastic!

This was the first distillery I went to after moving to Denver. I’ve since been back 3 times, and each time I’ve not been disappointed. First visit was great. We only had drinks and the pickles here. Cool concept, they make their own spirits from a local farm in Colorado. Everything is so fresh. We were told that this was the place to go too if you only had time for one restaurant/bar, and I definitely agree! Our bartender Joey was awesome.
