This location gets extremely busy during lunchtime throughout the week, but I’ve never had an issue with my pick up order. They are always accurate and fast!

I dropped by this location to pick up a sub for dinner right before they closed. Nick was super cool though and made me a great sub! Everyone else was nice and friendly too. They’re a great crew.
I don’t always get a sub but stop here often just to get a drink since I work next door. There’s a constant stream of customers and they’re so quick to kill that line. They’re a consistent option for a solid sub with cozy seating and a view in the downtown core. I highly recommend!

I am a weekly frequenter of this Jimmy Johns location in particular and in a time where customer service and bad vibes plague the restaurant industry, especially the fast-casual space, this location bucks that trend. The staff here are exceptional and aim to please. Quick to put orders out or check-in with customers, sandwich quality is always strong (especially compared to other JJ locations, and just all around friendly. Even though they are situated in one of the roughest corners in Denver, they dont let the outside world impact their work.
Recognize this team for what they do, they all deserve it.

This Jimmy John’s 100% deserves 5 stars from me. I came on Stanley Cup parade day, and even with as many people as there were, the staff were extremely friendly as well as extremely quick. Great experience. Highly recommend this location.

I order from this store often. They make my favorite #12 Beach Club perfectly every time and the staff is incredibly friendly. Delivery is always fast with care. This is a hopping store and I recommend ordering online. Nice job team!

People who complain about their hours obviously don't work downtown enough to know that most sandwich places don't stay open after 3pm. I think it's messed up some of the reviewers below have never been to this location, but give it 1 star based on the hours which are most likely mandated by the owners? Maybe consider people work here who don't deserve your 1 star? Anyway, I love this location and have never had a problem. The people who work here are friendly and fast and that is what I expect from a downtown sandwich shop. Thank you guys for all you do!
