The food here is exceptional, especially the Burnt Ends, a definite must try! The fried okra is pretty exceptional as well, basically I have not had bad food here, only great! A definite must try!

Amazing BBQ place and my only regret is that I was too full to eat more lol. Ambiance: Came here with some friends for dinner before a show downtown, only a short drive away. At first I was taken aback by the setup since Smok is attached to a hotel(?) and the restaurant entrance was through the lobby - no biggie, just unexpected. It wasn't super busy when we arrived since it was a tad too early for dinner, but it was clear that this place is popular and the current customers seemed to be enjoying themselves. Food: My husband and I ordered one meal each with the intent to share the side orders. He ordered the chopped brisket sandwich at the recommendation of the staff and I ordered the burnt end sandwich (partly because I was overwhelmed with the options and went with one of the first on the menu). Both sandwiches were packed with flavour and I would be happy to have them again. The mac and cheese was creamy and tasty; the okra was coated and fried (I wasn't expecting the coating) and was good as well; both sides were delicious but felt somewhat heavy to have with the sandwiches. Parking: There's a bunch of parking out front but be mindful of the signs since most of the spots are for quick pickups. There's a garage that was parked in that was free on Saturdays, so bonus! Overall and excellent experience and I'd be super excited to go back the next time I'm in town :)

I've only ordered takeout from them but the smell they pull off is really good. I love that you can say bring one of every animal! Chicken, turkey, pork, burnt ends, and brisket all in one order since they do 1/4 pounds. Which is really appreciated. Only thing I would change is make it easier to try all the sauce types.

wow wow wow, this place is AMAZING! i live in austin and it’s better than some of the places i’ve tried in texas! i visited denver for a long weekend and came to this place everyday. i tried their pulled pork tacos, brisket queso, smoked chicken sandwich, burnt end sandwich, mac & cheese and brisket nachos. the nachos were the best thing i ate in denver. a generous bed of chips topped with perfectly cooked brisket, black beans, pickled onions/jalapeños, cheese and guac. heaven with each bite. my partner & i still talk about it to this day. def check them out if you’re at the source hotel.

Great atmosphere. The Smok is inside The Source Hotel. Food is delicious. Ordered pulled pork and brisket as well as mac n cheese and potato salad. Outside seating available. Friendly staff. Overall Great place to eat. A little busy since lunch time approached.

This place is located in the Source Hotel. You'll probably need to park in the parking garage, but it's free for a one hour stay. The whole place has a funky cool industrial vibe. There are several other restaurants and shops in the complex. I had the best chili cheese fries of my fifty seven years of life. The brisket is top notch. Macaroni and cheese is outstanding. Creamed corn ok. Cole slaw yum. There's only one choice of bbq sauce. It's good, but a couple of other choices would be ideal. Generous portions. Seating is benches, and I hates benches. Overall a really fine dining experience. Staff was super pleasant and helpful.

We had the brisket nachos, Asian style pork belly burnt ends (special), jalapeño cheese sausage, spare ribs, max n cheese, and corn bread. Everything was incredible! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be going back soon, and have added Smok to the list to bring out-of-town guests! 10/10

There’s bbq and then there’s SMŌK BBQ. as I eat around finding spots that I’m going to recommend this is in my top 3 favorites. SMŌK has what you need with a full menu of flavors that you’ll never find anywhere else. I was coming back to eat before I had my first serving. The service was phenomenal and was proof to me when you are serving a beautiful product you can be proud and truly give your customers an all around amazing experience. And the famous words of the Terminator I’ll be back and back and back and back again.

Really good and tender smoked ribs. The menu is fairly simple but the challenge is to decide what and how much you think you can eat. Service was great. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table with a smile. You can add as much or as little BBQ sauce as you like and rolls of paper towels are at each table to help keep you from biting your fingers. The biggest issue is parking. The front lot is small and only for curbside pickup. I didn't find the parking garage until after I parked 2 blocks away. The food is worth the walk and I did need it after my meal.
