I rarely finish my food, but these Garden Tacos at Blackbird were the exception. Flavor and presentation were both fantastic. My server Brittany suggested them as her personal favorite. I was very impressed by the condition of the building, quality of service, and ingredients alike. The happy hour is awesome if you want great snacks and drinks with some friends. This is already my new favorite early dinner spot. Great location and atmosphere.

I came to eat with my daughter and my Wife. We had the green chili and cheese fries that were very good. My daughter really wasn’t that hungry which left more for my wife and I I also ordered a Washington Park burger and I asked if I could put Parmesan on the fries. The waitress was awesome with her suggestions, my wife had the Shrimp Etouffe plate. We came before the rush. We saw that they had some oyster specials on Tuesday and during happy hour looking forward to come and try that out. If this helped you leave a thumbs up and if you like to read more of my reviews you can follow.

Spur of the moment drive by dining choice. Pub feel with comfortable seats and very friendly staff. Just went for the food and picked the Bird Sandwich and the Shrimp poboy. Fries are salty perfectly cooked and stand on their own with nothing more required. The bird sandwich is pretty large and ordered as is has slaw, remoulade and the standard lettuce tomato additions. The chicken is a weak spot but in the sandwich it's perfect. Each bite is a great mix of savory, salty and sweet. Plenty of parking. Service was great. They had a party of 45 in front of us so it took a while but the manager/owner was great at keeping us in the loop. This is a solid place to eat and the pizzas going by will have me returning to try them. I didn't have any drinks so I'm eager to head back. Good food, good people, good place. Review two: ordered pizza for delivery. Went with a custom but it hit perfectly. Good crust, soft and well seasoned. Toppings were perfect. No complaints, it arrived on time and was as good as imagined

There are times when I'm reminded what a fabulous server/bartender can provide beyond begrudgingly taking your order and bringing out some food: enjoying an inviting, friendly (and funny!) human provide stellar customer service thereby completely making your day! I had a wonderful experience. Kudos to Cat. Also, the Chilaquiles are 💯🔥🤩 Will definitely return.

I love Blackbird, I visit this restaurant every time I'm in Denver. Such a varied menu selection, the food never disappoints. Visited today, ordered the grilled pork chop and Cat, our great bartender, asked if I wanted extra gravy - excellent suggestion! There is a fine selection of adult beverages that includes some sophisticated cocktails and a rotating draft beer selection. I loved the creepy kids and their pets decorations for Halloween. If you haven't visited Blackbird yet, be sure to check this restaurant out.

Best calamari in Denver. A little on the salty side but not bad at all for a lock land state. The Wash Park Burger was incredible and the cocktails are strong and really tasty. 10/10 recommend

You just can’t beat brunch at The Bird. And exceptional staff makes it so much better. From being seated, to ordering our favorites, getting and getting a complimentary birthday dessert. Everything with a smile.

I'm on the road and my cousins invited me to join them for a Sunday birthday brunch. I've never been to the Blackbird and was pleased to feel the neighborhood vibe. The place is about 3 blocks from Washington Park. Parking lot was full full full but I found a place a block away. The Public House sits in the midst of a nice residential neighborhood. First impressions were great...but the folks were severely understaffed. I appreciated our service but it was very slow. For us, no problem: we were catching up! Arrived late and the pizza was already at the table: scrumptious with a hint of honey with the goat cheese, sausage and prosciutto. Ordered something "fast" and simple: two poached and toast. It took 40 minutes. Poor. Again, the service was understaffed and the place was packed. I would definitely return to give these good people a second chance.

Decided to visit the Blackbird Public House based off the look and vibe of the restaurant. When walking in, I was greeted with a fancy, yet welcoming decor. I was greeted by a friendly and caring staff and was promptly asked what I could have to drink and provided menus. The food all looked great, but ended up going with the Works. The food was delicious!! We finished every bite and had an amazing time. The owners have put together a wonderful establishment and the level of attention to customer care and providing a memorable experience are unmatched. Five stars all around and definitely plan on coming back.

I love this place! I went with my boyfriend and some friends and our server was Brittany and she was AMAZING. So personable and our drinks were always topped off and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. Evan was also super cool and make some great drinks! The food was unique and very good. The atmosphere is awesome. The music was cool and not too loud. Loved the look and decor as well. Definitely coming back!

Hosted a book launch party. The staff was wonderful, food was delicious and cocktails were perfect. Everyone had a great time, I really appreciated all of the personal touches; they created a beautiful table with appetizers, but also how friendly and customer service oriented the staff was to make it a memorable event. Highly recommend!

Why is this place not packed??? The food is fabulous, the wait staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely. And I didn't even mention the bottomless mimosas! Staffing issues - not lack of patrons - seems to be the issue at this time (10/9/21). How unfortunate. Nathan was our wait staff at first. He was personable and knowledgeable. Madonna brought us our food and cashed us out. She was pleasant and efficient. Our food was made to order, took a little extra time, and was delicious. Husband had the basic breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. I had this, too, but with 2 eggs over easy (they were over hard), gluten free bread, and fruit (thinly sliced apple slices) instead of hash browns. We both agreed that all was delicious (even if my eggs were prepared incorrectly). Young niece had waffles, bacon, and fruit. She loved it all. Mom niece had salmon poached eggs, gluten free bread and hash browns. Again, both enjoyed their meals. She and I had the mimosas (hers was a bottomless grapefruit and I only had one cranberry mimosa). The total bill was $108 - $17 for the bottomless grapefruit mimosa and $2 extra for each of us getting the gluten free bread. It was also more expensive for á la carte items for young niece. It was worth it. Didn’t need lunch since this breakfast filled us up!

The Boyfriend and I flew into Denver and this was our first stop in CO. (We live in Lafayette, LA so we know some food.) We were extremely impressed with the quality of the food, the building and atmosphere is beautiful and our server was so helpful. I ordered the black bean and egg burrito and he ordered the Chicken and Biscuits. Definitely a must try!

Lovely place for food and drinks. Happy hour each day 4-6. Tuesdays hh is oysters. They have a several food and drink HH options. Sangria is good and not crazy sweet. Calamari is good. Brussel sprouts are too greasy sadly. Several ppl really like their steak salad. I tried the charcuterie platter and was quite large!

Amazing place! I love their breakfast pizza, as well as they do have a large brunch menu. They do have unlimited mimosa, the classic is unlimited anything else flavor wise is a $1.00 up charge, however who can complain when it's unlimited. The server's are very attentive and would suggest book a table ahead of time, they also do make you a cute sign for your table as well! Been here a few times already and will be back.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Our waiter Drew was on it. They had all local beer and local Whiskey 🥃. On Wednesday you get $2 off the local whiskey. I ordered the Breckenridge border (I think 🤔😂) neat. It was very very smooth with a hint of brown sugar. The Grilled oysters 🦪 were delicious. I ordered the herb and garlic flavor and the bacon and bleu flavor. The French onion soup was very flavorful. I ordered the 1/2 LB of mussels in the white wine and garlic sauce and fries. My only critique would be on the time it took to get our food and drinks. Otherwise, everything was nice and I will go back. #AskShaneequa
