I love Blackbird, I visit this restaurant every time I'm in Denver. Such a varied menu selection, the food never disappoints. Visited today, ordered the grilled pork chop and Cat, our great bartender, asked if I wanted extra gravy - excellent suggestion! There is a fine selection of adult beverages

Why is this place not packed??? The food is fabulous, the wait staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely. And I didn't even mention the bottomless mimosas! Staffing issues - not lack of patrons - seems to be the issue at this time (10/9/21). How unfortunate.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Our waiter Drew was on it. They had all local beer and local Whiskey 🥃. On Wednesday you get $2 off the local whiskey. I ordered the Breckenridge border (I think 🤔😂) neat. It was very very smooth with a hint of brown sugar.
