The wait staff here makes this our favorite weekend breakfast. Karen and her staff are the nicest people and truly treat you like family. The food is always excellent, and you HAVE TO order the BACON. Now that's how a pig should be made.
Love this place. I grew up in Denver and it's so nice to see a place post-covid still serving simple breakfast food with none of the riff raff. Bottomless mimosas... patio.... what else could you want? Reminiscent of the BK and Denver diner- but with booze. Love you Caitlins!
Very late review, but wanted to share my experience here. During my time in Denver, CO. 1997 - 2019 I have gone to this restaurant about 4 times. Each time I had the chicken friend steak breakfast which is their best meal. I missed a good chicken fried steak breakfast since I left Colorado Springs. Around Peterson A.F.B. there was a restaurant that served an excellent chicken fried steak breakfast, but sadly said restaurant went belly up. Caitlin's was as close I could find to the good old days in the Springs. Great servers and atmosphere. Since moving to Minnesota in 2019 I haven't found a restaurant like Caitlin's which is sad.
Fun and quality restaurant. Their menu is absolutely huge with a variety of items. And the prices are reasonable as well. The atmosphere is very nice for the establishment

I already can't wait to return! I was impressed with the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I was absolutely blown away by their delicious food! I had a shredded chicken breakfast burrito that was out of this world delicious. The burrito and side of hashbrowns were topped with green chili. Fantastic flavor and just enough heat. Hashbrowns were the perfect ratio of crispy to fluffy. Highly recommended!!
We went on a Thursday morning and had a great time. A cute space and friendly, quick service. We got a chorizo mile high and chicken and waffles. Both were very good! The mile high (cheese, meat, egg over hash browns) was A LOT of food; It's ideal hangover food.

Love the mile-high stacks, lots of choices. And the to-go handheld breakfast burritos are the best breakfast value I've found.
I was looking for a reasonable breakfast place in Glendale and I'm so glad I found this place. THEIR PANCAKES ARE AMAZING! I REPEAT AMAZING! Better than IHOP. Prices are super reasonable. Their chicken and waffles were also great. Server was attentive and great! I think her name was Nicole. Place was not busy at 9a.m We are actually going back on Friday. 😊
A classic mom and pop diner experience with a Mexican styled menu; having gone here for breakfast, it was plain to see how this location could be overlooked. If you ever want a breakfast close to authentic Mex-American style, this is the place to go. From the omelets with many options, including different choices of breads for toast, to sandwiches, and dinner plates. This is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants to visit.
Got the huevos rancheros and the chicken & waffles. Both really good! The steak was even better quality than I expected. The hoison sauce & jalapeno ranch were great as well. Also got a carafe of mimosas for $11.50. Amen! 🤠 The customer service was nice and welcome as well.
