A culinary treat for sure. Every dish on the table and every ingredient on the plate tasted perfect. I got duck, my wife got fish, and before that some appetizers. The drinks were kind of whatever...But the food ! Wow. The dessert was truly one of a kind, I’m not sure you could get that exact banana cream pie anywhere else in the world. Really good stuff. Worth a visit.

Mostly good experience here. Some creative dishes and top notch servers. One dish failed to meet our expectations but we were offered a replacement dish quickly and it was great. But indigestion two hours later. Imho the vegetables are not cooked long enough, just a quick flash fry and served with spicy peppers and curry. Stomach disaster.

One of the best meals I have ever had, full stop. Each round of food just kept getting better and better! The OG taco sushi... Wow. The kobe beef sliders, amazing. Those were just our starters and the entrees were even better. Lamb t-bone cooked to perfection and chicken ballontine... Just spectacular! Dinning at TAG was a real treat and I cannot recommended this place enough. Also must give credit to the staff. The food is amazing but the service and friendlyness puts TAG over the top. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful service... We were lucky enough to get a spot outside which made for great people watching. The food was ok; the Duck was extremely chewy but had good flavor and the Salmon moist and very flavorful. I will definitely be back when we stay downtown.

This place is unreal. High end food in a comfortable dining atmosphere. Jason was our waiter and so courteous and nice, making sure to check on us often to ensure we had what we needed. I ordered the black rose... 2 actually because they were just that good. I started with the buratta, which had a salsa verde and pesto (think bruschetta on crack). Then I had the Kobe beef sliders and duck fries s my main dish. The sliders had caramelized onions and aioli which were fabulous. Finally to end the night the toffee cake with brown sugar ice cream and homemade caramel sauce. It you're in the Denver area, you must go to Tag, one of the best restaurants I've been too.

Tag is worth the price. Each time we go we are consistently pleased with our meals, and it was the first place we fell in love with Duck fat fries! Awesome wine list, as well as awesome deserts. Great date night spot, especially at night when the lights are on!

Ate here in December, 2016. I got the lamb shank and my wife got the chicken. Everything was cooked to perfection. The wait staff, Ben in particular, was top notch. Prior to our appetizer coming out, they gave each member of our party a free sample of a beef dish the chef was trying out. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

Great atmosphere and staff!!! The food is incredible! If you get the chance, sit at the bar facing the kitchen! Watching the cook's is so entertaining!!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver. The menu is a fresh asian fusion take that ranges from sushi rolls and hamachi to SUCH DELICIOUS STEAKS. I come here for nice dinners with friends from out of town, before shows at the theater downtown, for apps and small plates, and when I just want delicious food. I can't say enough about the staff and the kitchen. The staff is so friendly and personable, they'll help you find great sake or wine that pairs with your entrees and they're honestly just fantastic - every single time I've dined I've had a great experience. The kitchen rocks. Again, every time I've dined I have been completely impressed. The dishes are always well seasoned, exceptionally well balanced in terms of flavor profiles, perfectly cooked, and they arrive at your table promptly. They have great seafood options, and I enjoyed my steaks here more than at a number of steakhouses in Denver. 110% worth dining here.

The food here is amazing, although very pricey! Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Service was slow but we had a big party and once it came out I could taste why it wasn’t rushed out.

Amazing service/food!!! It was our anniversary and they treated my fiancé and I so well. We started off with a glass of champagne on the house in honor of our anniversary along with a surprise taster. Then we order the seafood potstickers which were so flavorful, the hanger steak which was cooked to perfection, steamed sea bass (delicious), and sticky toffee cake which was so beautifully presented. ALL of it and I mean everything was outstanding!! It was memorable for sure. Thank you TAG!!

Outstanding food with Asian flare. Nice wine selection. Fun, upbeat atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff.

Loved Tag! Friendly and attentive staff, and fantastic food. Our favorite was the sliders - we had to order another round because they literally melt in your mouth. The sushi was really good too. I would definitely come back!

Came here when they re-opened indoor dining and it was super delicious. Was able to sit at the bar and the bar-tender (I forgot his name unfortunately), he was super welcoming and extremely fun to talk to. As for the food, it was super delicious. I had the steak and my girlfriend had the sushi tacos. Wow! Highly recommend. I was blown away by the food quality, and the service. Top notch. A cute place in Larimer Square. Great place for date night.

We went last night for Restaurant Week. The menu was OUTSTANDING, but what I want to highlight is the exceptional service we received. Our reservation was a bit delayed so the hostess had us wait at the bar and bought us a round of drinks. The bartenders took great care of us. The hostess kept us updated even though it was so busy. Once seated our waiter was just lovely. He seemed so relaxed even though they were busy. We had a great time and felt taken care of. It was so appreciated, beyond what the staff at TAG could possibly know. Thank you an out-of-this-world meal and a wonderful experience!

The food here is delicious but the atmosphere is AMAZING. Definitely recommend sitting outside, if you can I would definitely try to get your server to be Arthur or Joanna. My boyfriend and I tried the angry & firecracker sushi roll. Both were amazing, we then split the hanger steak and fried rice for our dinner. Was not disappointed by anything. Will be going back!

Went there with three friends. We tried the cod, scallops and the beef dishes. All were excellent. Because the portion sizes are small there is going to be room for dessert which was also good. They have a large selection of whiskeys which paired well with the food. It is on the expensive side considering the tight accommodations but overall I felt it was worth it. Interesting side note, you have to take an elevator to the basement to get to the restrooms.

The atmosphere here is wonderful and the service was exceptional. My non alcoholic beverage was deliciously crafted by my server after telling her which sort of flavors I liked. The food on the other hand to me was so so. The rice with my fish was a tad undercooked yet mushy, and the sauce was too powerful to let any of the main ingredients flavors come through. The green salad was good - but that's hard to mess up. I also ordered the seasonal gnocchi. It came out quickly but was a tad cold and under flavored. I would give this place another chance and try something different next time.

First time eating at TAG. Annual holiday dinner with gourmet cooking 'club' couples. Place is noisy! I guess that makes it a hot spot? Evening started with some kind of gin fizz cocktail substituted for a gin and tonic. Club soda mixed with some kind of fruity syrup and gin is NOT a gin and tonic. Appetizer ordered was a pork cheek over kimchi polenta with a poached egg - it was very good - but they forgot the polenta - not a gram of carbs in that bowl (maybe the wait person got the description wrong? mixed up with the fish collar over kimchi rice or something like that - I didn't order that/someone else at the table did)! Frisee/arugula salad was very good but inconsistent plating between 4 people at the table - some got the candied walnuts, some didn't - stingy on the pears - the add-ons in the salad were too meager to add any depth to the salad - 3 or 4 small, thin slices of roasted pear - could not even taste the subtlety of the pears as the dressing was a little 'spicy'. I ordered golden snapper with shrimp in some kind of broth with veggies. Forget the dirty spoon they brought to the table, that can happen anywhere - I always check my flatware at a restaurant - the waiter took it and brought me another spoon (presumably to spoon up the irresistible broth). The fish was so overcooked, it was a crime and the shrimp likewise - oddly the veggies were NOT cooked enough and were a weird kind of raw flavor in what was supposed to be a flavorful broth of some depth. Not. A good piece of crusty bread would have been better to soak up the broth, but there was definitely a prohibition against carbs at the table. No, I did not send the entree back. After the gin 'cocktail' and the polenta missing in action - I just didn't feel like sending back a dish that just wasn't hitting any flavor marks in my book. The other person at the table who ordered the golden snapper remarked that her fish had a 'fishy' taste and was overcooked, also. This was after the first bite. Maybe someone in the kitchen is under the impression that if fish is floating in broth, it will soak up some moisture and mask the overcooking. Uh, no. Had a little bowl of ice cream to finish off the meal - mocha marshmallow - it was good. I make my own ice cream and theirs was pretty decent, nothing special. All in all, it was an okay experience. A little disappointing. Especially for the price paid ($150 for 2 - that included one glass of wine and did not include the $28 bar tab for 2 drinks prior to dinner). It's right on trendy Larimer Square in downtown Denver - maybe that's part of it's popular appeal. I wouldn't make a trip to Denver to go there again, that's all.

Tasty, tasty food!!!! Stellar service! Amazing cocktails! Great fresh menu. We went for a nice dinner before seeing a show at the Buell. This was a great way to start the evening. Worth the price as the food was so flavorful and had so many unexpected combinations of flavors. The staff was excellent. Our server Tammy was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made several great suggestions. She even checked the time our show started after we mentioned we where going to the theater and made sure we had enough time to eat dessert which was a perfect balance of sweetness!

It's a great place to have a nice glass of wine or a cocktail in a very trendy bar. The dining atmosphere is a little bit congested. Given at the restaurant is so narrow you feel like the tables that are right next to each other doesn't allow for a lot of intimacy. I think some of the larger groups that get sat in the booths get a little more privacy. I really like the tall two-story Wine Cellar. The appetizers and entrees are really good. The desserts were not our favorite. The wine list is killer.

My boyfriend and I did the restaurant week menu. Are first time at this place. We eat out alot and was hoping for something different. It is. I had octopus for first time. The Beat salad very tasty. My Boyfriend had the fish selection and loved it. The desert we had just right for the end of are meal. The only thing was they didn't hav my boyfriends Beer. Paulaner and 90 shilling his favorites. Were not big on hard liquor drinks but the wine selection was very good. Will be back again.

Great dining experience, high quality service. Our waiter made us feel like we walked in with a million dollars. Couldn’t have asked for more attentive and knowledgeable service.

Nice modern place with great food. Very friend server.

Never thought we'd ever have an Easter brunch that was Asian Fusion - Phenomenal! Bottomless mimosas... shrimp Benedict with lobster sauce... Hawaiian French toast with slivered Spam... Cool environs...

For $120 for 2 people I expected better. The staff were very accommodating and the sushi appetizer was delicious, but the rest wasn't anything to write home about. Guess I'm just spoiled living in such a great food city like Philadelphia.

We love Troy Guard!! He's amazing. Took my mom from California. Loved it. The server was fantastic. Very accommodating to our 4 year old. Food great. A tad expensive, but delicious. Only drawback, their lower level seating (basement) is dark and drab. We asked to be seated up, and they accommodated.

Have been here many times - good food, David is a wonderful server! Squash salad was a miss all 3 of us had it and squash was very undercooked
