Wally's Wisconsin Tavern - Denver - Photo album

Great Wisconsin bar! Cheese curds are solid, beer selection is fine. The brandy old fashioned is great - very proud. This place is attached to Rhein Haus and you can walk right over and play bocce ball. Highly recommend!
Went all over the city some weeks back and this was my favorite bar I visited while in Denver. Just had a friendly, active vibe with great food & drink selections relative to its theme. The spicy pickle shots have no business being as good as they are. They're worth your time alone. Great staff, t
I heard this place did all you can eat fish like in WI and we weren't disappointed. Wonderfully prepared walleye with the traditional sides (other options are available for no extra cost). I tried a cheesesteak sandwich as well, but I have to say I preferred my dining partners fish instead. The
From the moment you step food into Wally's you're face to face with Wisconsin's most iconic brands plastered on every surface. First thing to catch your eye will be a wooden map of the U.S. along with a small hammer and bucket of nails, to pound in a PIN of your hometown. Great vibe with plenty of
We were told a one hour wait over two hours ago. We’re still waiting. Update: My review deserved an update after we were finally seated. We came for the badgers game the day before the packers played the broncos, so they could’ve just had more Wisconsin fans who wanted to stay for the whole game th
Stumbled across this place by accident. Being from WI, it definitely has a draw in it's decor. The Wally's Old Fashioned was done justice. It's attached to Rheinhaus which is also owned by the same Wally's folks. No food today. Just drinks.
It's attached to Rein Haus next door, and you can flow freely between the two. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and everybody is very friendly. The beer selection is excellent, and you'll find plenty of food to munch on while you casually sip your beverage of choice. If you're looking to just relax
This place is located on the other side of Rhein Haus and served food from both. Really recommend their Brat which was really tasty served with sweet potato fries. Its a good hang out spot for watching games as well. Located in the street next to larimer square this spot is a must visit one!
Great place to get a piece of Wisconsin. Deep fried cheese curds, can never go wrong. Good beer selection too.
If you're missing the Midwest, especially Wisconsin, this is the place to visit. The decor is like a fancy Wisconsin bar, the food is on point, and if you have too much there is Underberg to help you digest. We love the Rheinhaus being attached and getting items from both menu. The gluten free and v
Best cheeseburger I’ve had in so long. It was off their smaller late night menu. The soft pretzel with cheese fondu was also perfect. This place definitely cares about the quality of their food and it shows. It’s a great bar, had a German vibe perhaps bc it’s connected to the place next door. It had
The food is all great. The sliders were small but really lovely. The loaded Mac n cheese was also really tasty. A lot of house-made Mac is really heavy and greesey, but this Mac was actually light and tasty. The cheese curds was also super tasty, and anything with the chili will be a hit.
Had to visit a WI bar! Great energy, good bar food, goof wisco people! Was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Found a table. Took a while to get a waiter, but once we did, service was spot on, food was fast. Can order off Wallys menu, or the German Restaurant it is connected to. They kind of run
My son and I are Wisconsin natives. He lives near by and I was visiting for work. He had a Lombardi burger. I had a brat. Excellent variety of great beers. A must stop whenever we are in town.
Man, if I didn't have to pay $30 to park I would have thought I was in Wisconsin. We accidently showed up right before a U of W game and the food was made in advanced so the pritzel and cheese curds were a little cold. But hot, those things would be incredible.
Had a great time at Wally's Wisconsin Tavern for the Badger game. Lot's of Badger fans, friendly Wisconsin atmosphere, good bar food. Highly recommend a stop here.
Awesome time at Wallys! This place shares a wall with Rhein Haus and you have the ability to get both menu items. We got the pretzel, cheese churds, brats, mushroom & Swiss burg, all you can eat fish fry, and the German chocolate cake! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Yummy f
