Today I ordered my food online. It gave me a time of 1:15 PM. The staff seemed to be really short staffed but had great spirits. It was my first time there. My only criticism is that the I was looking for a French Dip and didn’t realize it was the Italian beef lolz. Great job guys on your hard work with the amount of orders you had. You have definitely earned a lifer today. Cheers.

I love this place. I use to work close to the Treemont location but I changed jobs. I came in today and had the same quality service, food and environment. They have a great music selection and laid back atmosphere. I got the Sherpa on a French baguette grilled. My goodness it's delicious. Just like I remember. This is a jewel in a sea of food options downtown.

The "Summit" sandwich is the absolute BEST sandwich I've ever had at ANY sandwich shop EVER!! And that's saying something as I'm a big fat guy who eats out a lot!!

Delicious sandwiches, I got ham egg sammy & my husband got bacon egg sammy. The portion is small but can’t complain for the taste.

Ordered the bushwacker 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 cobb salad. Tasted great. A little bit of a wait but it was certainly busy in that midweek lunch hour rush.

Amazing! Sarah gave exceptional service. If I lived in the Denver area, I would at least come by once a month. My girlfriend and I had a 5-hour layover at the airport, so we took the train to union station and just walked around until we found a restaurant that looked good. We didn’t want to spend too much money, so a sandwich shop sounded pretty good. When we walked in, we loved how the ambiance and decoration was modern and rustic. But the food was even better! She got the Ridgeline and I got the Expedition. Both phenomenal! The soup of the day was especially good as it snowed outside. They have topical maps of Colorado on the table, which is kinda fun. And the cookie was also one of the best I’ve ever had! Sarah brought the food out to us within 10 minutes for sure. Probably closer to 5. Can’t say enough good about it! I want these guys to franchise all over the west!

Customer Service is always ON POINT. I usually do online order, and when I thought there was a mix-up (there wasn't - I was ordering wrong, apparently), manager called within 10 minutes and addressed the minor situation politely and efficiently. Food is always incredible. These guys are a stellar downtown option. Great sandwich selection, and the salads are very, very good. They have a ton of veggie options to pile on. I go here at least 2-3 times/week consistently. They don't disappoint.

Been here multiples times now and wow...most likely the best sandwich spot in Denver. Seriously. I've tried the Dirty Bird, Cubano, and Italian Beef and I'm blown away each time. Really friendly and fast service too.

Great sandwiches made fresh to order. The location is kept very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and made my order quickly. The Ridgeline sandwich was great and very filling but if you're going to get any of the sandwiches toasted, I'd recommend eating it there. The waxed paper they wrap them in for takeaway traps the heat and moisture which causes the sandwich to get a bit soggy.

Do yourself a favor and EAT HERE! I let myself eat out once a week for lunch and Yampa Sandwich Co. is my go-to spot. The quality is outstanding, anything you order will taste amazing, the food comes out very quickly, and the service is always friendly. Try the Summit or the Little Italy and you definitely won't be disappointed. I've never had to wait more than 4-5 minutes for my food (breakfast sandwiches or cold sandwiches, ordering around 1-1:30) so I've never felt the need to use the order online tool. It is a little pricey for sandwiches, but considering the quality of the food it is well worth it. Thanks, Yampa Sandwich Co.!

In town for a conference and ate here for lunch on a Tuesday. Was a little after the noon hour. The line to order was about 10 people deep and did move pretty quickly. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is that it took over 30 minutes to receive two sandwiches and a bowl of soup. A very long wait in my opinion, too long for a sandwich lunch. The sandwiches and soup (tomato bisque) were excellent.

Backcountry Deli has some of the best tasting, most filling sandwiches you can get in downtown Denver. This location always has friendly service, and they get orders out quickly even when they're slammed. Fresh ingredients, fast service. Highly recommend it.

I have been ordering lunch catering from Backcountry Deli at 17th/Glenarm for over a year now and should have written a review sooner. I love them because they have free delivery for the neighborhood, they always deliver on time, they always get the orders right, their employees are always very pleasant to work with when we have last minute order changes, they have a huge variety of unique sandwiches, and everyone at my company is always satisfied with the quality of the sandwiches and salads. I really appreciate the fact that we can count on Backcountry for excellent and dependable service.
Recently we were missing a sandwich from our catering order that we had added last minute (first mistake we have ever had on an order) and the company was not only very polite when I called, but they were extremely prompt (sandwich was delivered in 10 min!!!) AND they offered some coupons as compensation for the inconvenience. Their customer service is truly outstanding!!! Will definitely continue to order from them!
