A true café that serves up excellent seasonal coffee options plus local beans to take home and super customer service. Hummus was the friendliest person I have met in Denver! I am so glad I had a chance to visit and enjoy this open air cafe in a cute little side of town.
Coffee prices are a little high compared to some places, but the coffee is fantastic. A great stop on a random snowy day in May! And a great last stop on my travels before returning home tomorrow.

Location is in the lobby of a hotel that’s got a great design. It’s also connected to a good hall that was super lively during Sunday Brunch. I liked the design of the place and the espresso was smooth. I didn’t give it a full five stars because I feel like a lot of items needed replenishing.
Love the coffee here! I stopped in and ordered an iced vanilla latte. The roast on the espresso was great. They also had a wide variety of beans to take home!

It's kinda of out of the way but the folks are friendly and it has a trendy vibe. Gluten free/Vegan option available. The Almond Blueberry (not gluten free or vegan) was on point. One of the best I have eaten. The Iced Matcha ( vanilla, slightly sweet with milk) was also good.
I really like the vibe there. I enjoyed the art and felt comfortable hanging out with my friend.
So great we came here twice during our stay in Denver! Definitely have the breakfast burrito - so worth the 15 min wait. They have vegetarian and vegan options and they have some pretty unique drinks on the menu, like the cold brew limeade. Super friendly and chill staff!
Coffee: so so good. Every time I’m in the area this is where I go because their coffee is made so well.

Great spot to grab a cup of coffee/chai and do computer work! Chill environment with open air concept! Seating inside and outside. Parking was easy to find too. Smaller food menu but the breakfast burrito and avocado toast were delicious! Staff are hospitable and personable!
Most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever met. Went in today to buy another 2lb bag. We are new to having an espresso machine (3 months in) and the staff was extremely helpful and gave pointers on how to dial in different roasts of Hucks. We are big fans of the blue orchid.
