Detour Bakery - Denver - Photo album

Their mushroom quiche was delicious! The vibes were spectacular with so many folks hanging out here on a lovely Saturday morning. I saw plenty of bikers, but there were very little bike parking. I ended up parking my bike a way off. I’d love to see the restaurant install more bike racks; after all,
This place is amazing. Everyone who came in got boxes of pastries and breads to take with them. So I suggest you get there early! Is the chocolate almond croissant was fantastic, with the right amount of chocolate and covered in powered sugar and almonds. The service - both friendly and efficient.
This place is awesome! Went the day after Xmas and in the snow and they had a huge selection of pastries and breads. Ended up going back to the counter 3 times to try something else. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in Denver
I just happened to be in the area and saw the Detour Bakery sign! I'm so glad I stopped by. I got several quiches, savory pastries, croissants, and a baguette. Everything was artisan made and packed with flavor! I can't recommend this place enough. Worth the Detour!
Delicious pastries, hot coffee. Love how they sell other French items like jams and tinned fish. There aren't a lot of places to sit and it's not winning any awards for ambiance, but it has more of a small neighborhood joint vibe which I do like a lot. Feels like a hidden Denver secret instead of a
The almond chocolate cookie and the savory baguette were delicious and reasonably priced. Croissants were flaky and buttery- I got the day old deal, and they were tasty.
I always feel so welcome when I enter. The smell of fresh coffee and pastries are a joy to take on. Everyone working is very kind and friendly. It's a very nice place to start your day!
This place is authentic and I can say that after having lived in France for a year. Love their croissants and looking forward to trying bread soon it looked AMAZING! The selection changes daily so all ahead if you are looking for something specific. Get the Pain au chocolat if you are looking for so
Consistent excellent pastry without being pretentious. I will say I prefer their savory croissants to their sweet ones but everything is delicious and authentic.
Best croissants in town, yummy breads, and other delicious baked goods. Highly recommend.
