Even though they were very busy today, my complex order was correct and the perfect temperature for each item I ordered. If you like a little spicy, I'd recommend picking up the Voodoo Heat potato chips.

I've been coming to the LoDo location for years being that I work a block away. But what really keeps me coming back besides the delicious sandwiches is the Great service I get from long time employee Bianca! She always has been polite and great to talk to. Always a fresh tasting experience!! 😋

Sandwiches are yum yum! They also have soups and salads. Small seating section inside, but plenty of seating right outside.

Can't say enough about the staff here. There was an issue with my online order, but both the person working the online orders as well as the manager went above and beyond to make things right. Loved the inclusive vibe here as well.

I deleted an old review (or at least I think I did since I can't find it), but wanted to do an updated review anyway. I had a few very bad experiences at this location and received a credit or two for free sandwiches. I'm so glad I gave them another chance, because they have greatly improved their customer service, especially on the online ordering side. There is a gal that works there who I believe is a manager or something, because she totally knows her stuff and always makes sure I am helped. Whatever you guys did to improve, please keep it up! Thanks for the great service and for listening to your customers. Also, I love your food!

Ordered online thru ezCater for pickup the next day. When I arrived at pickup time, the staff told me ezCater had already picked up the order... but it definitely had not been delivered to the office!
The Potbelly team was incredibly helpful and re-made the order right then, working around a lunch rush to get it ready for me unbelievably fast. Very grateful - our company training day would have been much more difficult without these folks. Thank you so much! (Still never figured out where that first order went.)
Edit: I was contacted by ezCater today and learned that the person at Potbelly who helped me was Hope. Hope, thank you SO MUCH for everything you did on Tuesday!

WOW these are good sandwiches. I was right in the area and hungry, decided it sounded worth trying. I had the "A Wreck" and it was far and above what I expected. Every ingredient seemed to be higher quality than anywhere else, excellent flavor and I know I will be back. I ate mine on the run and it is perfect for that quick lunch.

I love this place so very very much. Their food, customer service, ethos and delivery are impeccable. Their sandwiches, smoothies, and dream bar are amazing (my standard order is "the wreck"). Remember to order early to get your desired delivery time, seriously worth the wait though if you forget. So much better than jimmy john or subway. They also really care about their community. Real Food at a great price. Love it!

Quick service, kind staff, delicious sandwiches! Stopped by for lunch on Thursday, first time going. The place smelled great and the food was even better. Sat outside and enjoyed watching some ballet performance that was happening right next to the shop. Very enjoyable!

What a great place for a quick sandwich. What makes it so great? The hot peppers of course. Without those peppers it's just another toasted sub. Heck, I even buy them and bring them home. In and out in less than 10. Great for a busy day.

The service was okay. One server was nice the other seemed kinda rude. The Mac n Cheese reminded me of home. New 🇳🇿 Zealand! it was great presentation of the smoothies is really cute with wip cream and 🍒 Vanilla flavor is better than average 😋
