I liked this place mostly. They were not ready for a big group though. Waiting was great and food good but the music was loud. Made it difficult to hear. Restroom music was obnoxiously loud

I like this place over all, we meet friends here for happy hour every couple weeks. They have a great happy hour menu, food is usually pretty good sometimes great. Kids meals are really good deal. What is not so great is the music is always blasting so loud you can’t even hear anyone in your party. I asked one time for it to be turned down and they just simply told me no, ha okay. Also a pet peeve of mine is when a draft beer isn’t a full pint, the beers are tiny.

Me and my partner got their 3 taco entrees w/ rice and beans. The adobo chicken tacos were an odd flavor, something I’ve never had before, but super good. And the Taquitos were a great little appetizer as well. Would definitely go back.

Our waitress was really hospitable- great service! I loved the carne asada tacos. The meat is marinated in beer and is tender. My boyfriend had the enchilada plate, which was pretty okay. The rice and beans are slightly dry and bland, but we are used to a lot of flavor in our beans and rice being Mexican. I wasn’t a huge fan of the queso but my bf loved it and got upset that I thought he was done and put my napkin with it. So that should tell you his thoughts. There was literally maybe a finger scoop left. I would come back and have the tacos and drinks. Again, the staff were a highlight; very nice and accommodating.

Victoria is a happy bar tender. I wanted to try a blanco tequila that I've never had. She recommended this very smooth one. The apps were all good. We went for happy Hour at 3. Atmosphere was a 3-star because the wooden bar is sticky and the music was a little loud. I will definitely go back when we visit our son.

Fish, shrimp and asada tacos are pretty good, margaritas are good but on the sweet and can't really taste the tequila side. They're worth it at happy hour. I'll give it another shot, 3.5 stars.

Good place for happy hour but if you’re looking for a true Mexican/latino space, this isn’t it. They have a Mexican menu, attempting a Mexican vibe, and a Mexican name but the music is the whitest it can be? Taylor swift? Kelly Clarkson? Had to Shazam whoever Maggie or Megan Andrews is. ☠️ The math ain’t mathin here!

Sometimes Los Chingones is a 3 star, some times it's a 5 star. I've had really good food here and I've had mediocre food. Service, too. Last night was a three star. I had to go sit at the bar to get and pay my bill. The pork pastor was weird - it was like a pork paste that sucked all the moisture of your mouth and had no flavor. The hard taco shell on another was eerily reminiscent of the taco shells you can buy at the grocery store. Memorable, but for the wrong reasons.
That said, I've also had some *awesome* tacos here and I really enjoy their Chips, Salsa, and margs. Their patio and rooftop is awesome and criminally under-utilized. Every place has great and no-so-great nights; Los Chingones splits the difference.

Ceviche was so good! With plantain chips. Happy hour Tacos on Wednesday, lamb, shrimp and steak very good and tasty. I also had a Margarita really liked how they put the salt on one side of the rim of the glass, not all over it. It was strong but good.

I was visiting my recently engaged friends who live in Stapleton. I reached out to Hashtag/Los Chingones for a small surprise celebration at the restaurant. Rob, the Director of Operations, could not have been more accommodating!! He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and was so wonderful on communication (especially long-distance, as I'm an out-of-towner!).
Once we arrived, the staff was so warm and considerate. The food was absolutely amazing (biscuits and gravy appetizer and the bread pudding were my favorite) and the drinks were made perfectly.
I seriously could not recommend this place more! Thank you so much again to Rob for allowing us to celebrate our friends :)

I've been to a few locations of Los Chingones. This one was crowded and small. The chairs we sat in were horribly uncomfortable and small. We had a party of 7 and the first person to wait on us outside wasn't hip on splitting our drink check 7 ways. Also thought they had a taco Tuesday menu but I didn't see one. They do have $5 specials during Happy Hour. Overall it was nice. The food wasn't as good as DTC nor was the service. I would recommend the fish taco, shrimp taco and chicken taco. The deep fried popper taco sounds like a great idea but was horrible. The chile wasn't cooked and there was minimal cream cheese.

Excellent, inventive take on Mexican food. Not traditional 'Mexican' at all; just damn good. Bonus beautiful, and fun interior decor. BTW try the Beerita (pictured).

Really good salsas, steak and shrimp tacos were good. Lamb was not the best. A little on the expensive side. Skip the blackberry poloma. Great rooftop area though!

Bruhhh... darkness goes down here! Food was amazing and I can't wait to come back. Carne asada taco was to die for - with a perfect medium on the cook. Very impressed. Very happy.

This place was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding and decided to check it out. The aesthetic was beautiful, beer tasty, food delicious (and reasonably priced), and our server was so knowledgeable and funny. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had!

The food, drinks and service were all great, but we became overheated and incredibly uncomfortable in the evening sun on the patio. I hope they can figure out a better way to shade or cool the patio. More umbrellas? Sun shades? Misters? It got unbearable by the time the check came (and it wasn't even the hottest or sunniest day!)

Love this place. Can't wait for them to bring the daily Wild Card taco on board! With that said, amazing service. They have a lot of tables to serve with a relatively small kitchen and prep area. The raw bar is outstanding and without question the lamb neck Taco is #1. Can't wait to go back!!
