Root25 - Denver - Photo album

Met Chef Drew and we enjoyed the food there so much we ate there everyday. Fresh ingredients and the presentation was nice. He even gave us a free sample to try his newest dessert creations which were delicious! If we are ever back in Denver we will be back! Service staff was excellent and on point
The breakdast buffet here is one of the best I have sampled. The entre and dessert items here are excellent. Don't let the price make you order from the menu because with coffee free with a buffet, this is the best deal here. The service here is the best I have ever experienced. Ganil was my server
Nice place located inside the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Ordered the double smash burger and kids cheeseburgers for the kids. Lots of food for the price. Kids meals were $8 and a great value for what they received. Great service. Food came quickly. Good selection of beer and wines. The burger
The food is the basic hotel breakfast (2.5 stars) However I’m giving it 4 stars for Shelley! She was always friendly and just in really good spirits every morning I walked up to get a table.
It’s a bit hard to figure out where to get your pickup order: Go right to the bar to get it. The veggie wrap and fries was exactly what I needed on a work trip, after an event with booze involved
Food was tasty and good proportions. Super friendly waitstaff. Affordable prices compared to other restaurants in the downtown area. Only down side was that the service was slow. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere while being close to my hotel room. 👍
What an awesome breakfast buffet! By far the best I've been to even compared to the larger buffets in Vegas! Great food and customer service.
Good service, those who are complaining don't realize this is a hotel restaurant, meaning they will tend to the inroom service first. They were polite and asked if I needed anything before giving me my food and after, they even called back like 5 minutes after leaving to see if everything was to my
Went to a conference in Denver and got a chance to stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. The Root25 was a great respite after each last session. Beer was reasonable. The pork green chile tots are a fantastic snack.
I ate here w my daughter last weekend and they have a new chef and new menu. It was amazing. I had the chicken tinga tacos w a side of the best brussel sprouts I’ve ever had. It’s making me hungry just typing this. Daughter had the double smash burger but it was a 3.5 compared to the tacos and bruss
Great fresh beef. Agave lemon and brussels sprouts were a hit
Root25 is open again, with a smaller, post-COVID menu. The food and service was great! The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food came quickly and was well cooked. I definitely recommend the coq-au-vin.
